C'est pour ma part la première fois que je laisse un avis tant l'expérience de ce jour fut lunaire.
Reçu comme un chien dans un jeu de quilles par un " vendeur"! Eh oui, je venais pour un SAV pas pour acheter. Bracelet homme acheté en 10/2025 complètement disloqué après l'avoir porté 2 mois. J'ai du me justifier sur l'état du Bracelet 5 mn de plus et c'était de ma faute alors que se Bracelet n'est pas cassé mais complètement disloqué. On m'annonce me faire un devis de réparation ! Je lui précise qu'il est sous garantie réponse du " vendeur " c'est le siège qui va prendre la décision.
Dernier point je demande un justificatif de dépôt et la réponse fut je vous l'envoi ce soir quand je vais pouvoir. Au moment ou je me trouvais dans la boutique ils étaient 4 personnels avec aucun clients. Pourquoi ne pas vouloir le faire sur le moment.
J'ai donc reçu le mail de confirmation précisant la prise en charge du bracelet et surtout me disant après acceptation du devis nous procéderons à la réparation.
Donc maintenant, malgré qu'il soit en garantie si je refuse le devis la marque tient mon bracelet en otage.

I echo the comments of other buyers. The "sweaters" I received (and paid $50/each for--ouch!) looked NOTHING like the images posted by this company, and were instead cheap polyester pieces of absolute junk. The return policy is that you have to pay international shipping charges AND customs fees. That would have cost more than the "garments" were worth. I tried to dispute the charges through my credit card company but was denied. So I'm stuck with these two pieces of cheap garbage and a hard lesson learned--do NOT trust this company. They are indeed a total scam. Stay away and save your money.

Très mauvaise expérience avec la Celine.
Après avoir passé une commande, celle-ci a été annulée sans réelle explication ni solution proposée. Au-delà de cette situation déjà décevante, j’ai également été confrontée à un service client particulièrement désagréable au téléphone, avec une attitude ironique et peu professionnelle.
Pour une maison qui se veut prestigieuse, on s’attend à un minimum de considération et d’élégance dans la relation client. Malheureusement, cela n’a absolument pas été le cas.
Expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande pas.

Total scam. Orderred 2 knit sweaters and what came was garbage. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Refused to let me return and did not give $$$ back.

This store is deceitful, and the clothes are made with the worst materials. Return policy does not work. You cannot get your money back. Scammers and liars.

Service client inexistant. 3 commandes annulées en 2 mois sans explication, 0 suivi, 0 explication, 0 réponse malgré l’envoi de 3 mails. Je ne comprends pas qu’on puisse considérer ses clients (qui vous font vivre accessoirement) de cette façon. Manque de respect, manque de service.

Et bien, en lisant tous les avis, je me suis dit que j’aurais vraiment dû les consulter avant de payer un sac 1300€!!
Je me suis aperçu du défaut le seul jour où je l’ai porté. 2 traces de colle.
Au delà de mettre fait avoir comme une « bleue » en l’achetant, c’est l’accueil en magasin… lamentable… et j’ai atteint le point de non retour quand le manager m’a dit que j’allais recevoir un devis! En plus il va falloir que je paye pour réparer leurs bêtises!! J’ai osé demander si c’était une plaisanterie…
Je ne recommande!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Oliver & Celine. The products I received did not match the quality or appearance shown in the advertisements. The shoes came in an ugly color, and the overall finish was far below what I expected based on the photos and descriptions online.

I was also frustrated to discover that returning the items was far more complicated than anticipated. The return process was unclear and costly, and I later realized the company operates internationally, which made returns even more difficult and expensive. This was not obvious to me at the time of purchase.

Overall, the combination of misleading product presentation, poor quality, and a complicated return process made this a very disappointing shopping experience. You basically have to ship the item(s) internationally for return which cancels out any type of refund. Do not order.

The worst experience!!! I thought I ordered two beautiful sweaters from the Oliver and Celine online store. $49.95 a piece on sale. When they arrived I was shocked and appalled at what I received. Instead of the beautiful wooden buttons that were attached to the sweater with yarn, I got cheap black plastic buttons hanging on by a thread. The fabric, not knit, was some cheap polyester thermal fabric that had puckered seams and threads hanging. They were just gross. These horrible pieces were worse than a cheap kids Halloween costume.

I contacted Oliver and Celine to complain about the Mainland China imitation sweaters I received. They asked for pictures. I sent them pictures to show the discrepancies. They refused my claim and said I received what was pictured. I said if that is your final answer I am contacting the Better Business Bureau, my bank to reverse the charges and I will write bad reviews to anyone that has a platform

Be persistent the next morning there was an $89.98 credit on my credit card.

I received my "sweater" and it is, BY FAR, the ugliest garment I have EVER "purchased" in my life. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!! The pictures look SOOO cool!!!! The reality is unbelievable! Hard to believe that a company would go to so much trouble to create a garment that is SOOOOO incredibly ugly!!! I was scammed ~ I googled Celine New York before I ordered, but none of the bad reviews showed up. I google it today and it DEFINITELY shows a deceitful company. Starting from their name (they are NOT in or from New York!!!) to the merchandise, (their website shows cute, knit sweaters!!) which, by the way, is made out of some fabric I have NEVER laid my eyes on ~ it is a print ~ the designs are "printed" on the sweater, not crocheted or knitted. It's just such a huge scam that I find it hard to wrap my head around it!!! From now on, if I can't make SURE I'm buying from a reputable company, I'm staying VERY far away!!!

Oh my stars. Wish I had searched online reviews before I purchased rather than just reading the online reviews posted on their website. Saw their store closing ad on Instagram and ordered two sweaters. When they arrived they look NOTHING like the pictures on the website. Buttons are NOT like the picture on the website. Totally cheap and definitely NOT knit sweaters. Couldn’t even tell you WHAT fabric they were made from. HORRID. Although website says easy returns when I went to return it says that you must pay shipment and any tariffs to CHINA. Emailed that I wanted to return but have yet to get a response from the seller.

I ordered 2 cute sweaters on this instagram add and I finally received the sweaters and they look nothing like the picture. The fabric, the buttons, the collar, the color, the cuff and the super cheap look!! This is a fraudulent website and they are not giving me a refund and I have sent them multiple emails and I just get some response from JUNE! The reviews are all fake and you can not click on them. I learned my lesson and so will they!! I will post all over the internet so no one else makes the same mistake!

Outright thieves. Sent me a pair of shows 2 sizes too small. After sending them proof - photos, copy of order, they still won't send me the correct size. The best they could do was charge me additional shipping and send another pair in the wrong size.

I don’t want to even give a 1 but would not let me write review without doing so. Shame on me for not checking reviews before ordering. These are not sweaters!!! Crappy garment. Don’t order. If you don’t like you have to pay shipping to Asia. Total scam!

Same as the others. I ordered a sweater and received garbage item with short arms. It didn’t even have a label saying what it was made of., I’m guessing recycled plastic.

I wish I had read reviews first. It is a total scam. I can’t even open the bag to feel it. So cheap! We got robbed. I am so mad at myself for ordering garbage. Of course you send an email to nobody because you don’t get a response.

I echo what others are saying. We all were scammed. Sweaters are not sweaters, looks nothing like the picture. Do not purchase anything from this company. Total waste of money.
