Terrible customer service

I was planning my wedding from overseas and chose Forest Green as my supplier of flowers. A terrible experience from the get go with the lack of communication and service.

I was overwhelmed organising an overseas wedding to begin with. Initially, I was able to secure a booking with the team and was charged a non refundable EUR 100 fee. After that, no one reached out to me with plans to finalise my big day.

Towards the months leading up to my wedding, there was no communication from Forest Green and I tried to contact them on numerous occasions to no avail. It caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. I didn’t feel assured with the lack of responses to emails and had to find another supplier within 2 months of my wedding where bookings were really tight. I emailed the company to cancel and no one even had the decency to reply my email or apologise for the inconvenience.

Disappointed indeed regardless of the size of the business. No point offering a service you can’t provide.

I phoned Celines Flowers for a spray


I phoned Celines Flowers for a spray for a funeral. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and very empathic. She took some details amd told me she'd contact the funeral home to ensure correct delivery etc... everyone at the funeral commented on how gorgeous the spray was, it was so amazingly beautiful. Thank you so very, very much for your help. I couldn't rate it high enough and would recommend Celines Flowers to anyone who'll listen for amazing quality of care, Flowers and service. The prices are great too. Thanks again, Sharon
