As a long-standing, family-run business serving our local community for many years, customer service is at the heart of everything we do, so I was very surprised to read this.

I have looked into your review and I have not been able to find any recent order or interaction under your name or this scenario. I’m very sorry to read your review and to hear you were disappointed with the Mother’s Day flowers. We absolutely understand that receiving flowers that don’t last as expected is upsetting, particularly when they are a gift from a loved one.

Our bouquets are created with fresh, seasonal blooms and designed to last at least 5–7 days and up to two weeks with some varieties of flowers along with proper care. I have since seen the email and photos you kindly sent us, and it appears the flowers were still in their packaging after four days — which may have sadly affected their longevity, as they may not have had access to fresh water.

That said, we do appreciate your feedback and your past custom, and we have offered a replacement bouquet as a gesture of goodwill. We always welcome the opportunity to resolve any issues directly and ensure our customers feel looked after.

We are sorry to hear that the stands we have didn’t meet your specific requirements for the ceremony. Just to clarify, we do offer a range of stands, but unfortunately, we didn’t have the perfect height for your vision on this occasion however I'm delighted you were able to source the right ones as it is so important to get all the details right for your big day.
