Worst they cell bell are the worst and biggest scammer I had booked the chair and so far it has not been delivered and there is response from the customer care i would be moving forward for consumer court

Worst chair..tilt and recliner mechanism is very poor..and no after sales support.

Worst products....Worst after sales service. DONT BUY and DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I'm happy with the gaming chair for my new gaming room setup.

Is chair ka naam ergonomic hai par feel bilkul nahi. Zyada tar parts cheap plastic ke hain – armrest aur back dono weak lagte hain. Lagta hai weight kam rakhne ke chakkar me quality compromise kari gayi hai. Suspension bhi smooth nahi hai aur overall stability bekaar hai. ₹5–6k me offline market me isse better aur solid chairs mil jati hain. Online dekhne me premium, reality me budget jugaad product. Paisa waste ho gaya.

The chair I got previous year( in warranty ) broke down while I was sitting on it and stretched my back a little. Literally unbelievable. And no service personell came till now after booking the warranty claim
Update: They marked the service as completed without contacting me even once, tells you alot about these so called shark tank startups
