From ordering to delivering there were no issues and it was all easy enough. New tv is wicked although I might have to get the sound bar, seems a little low or my hearing is worse than I thought.!

Looks nice on website but when I received the items they are looks and feel cheap material!
No issues so far functional as it should but I wouldn’t buy this range again!

Good value well packed ,promptly delivered.Only purchased a new one as previous cellos picture was getting a bit dark and couldnt cure it but still useable in a different room.

Very impressed with the quality of this TV. I had heard this company produced good smart TV’s and am pleased with the picture, quality and extras it offers.
The delivery was also prompt and the product well packed and protected so arrived in good order.
Having said that I think for older or non tech minded folk a printed booklet on how to operate this smart Television rather than just try and work out how to use and operate the various functions from onscreen hints would avoid frustration as I still am not able to understand and therefor take advantage of many of this TV’s functions. Shame because if I was a TV Engineer I would be able no doubt to otherwise give this 5 stars!

great small TV that's fits perfectly on my boat

I was very happy to purchase the Cello television as a replacement for an old Samsung wall mounted television. It has a booster to improve sound.
My husband uses it in the kitchen for the programmes he prefers to watch.

delivery quick,, good quality product

The TV was delivered when it was suppose to be delivered. 22 inch smart traveller tv with DVD
Everything appears to work ok however instructions on how to use the remote are not straight forward and In my case as a person over 70 somewhat difficult to
get use to.

Purchased the TV with built in router for my caravan and I’m very pleased with this model. Ordering from Cello was very easy and the delivery was quick. The TV was very easy to install and setting up the internet via the router was also really easy. The picture quality is good and the sound is ok. Overall I’m pleased with this Cello TV and would recommend to others.

Our only issue is that the hand set is not robust and can be unresponsive on occasion.

The customer service I had from Rachel was excellent. I had a few problems but she handled them efficiently and quickly all with good humour. Replacement arriving next date. Great speedy service.
