Great service, very helpful staff (Jane) with advice on resetting TV (19 inch).

There is only one word for CELLO , BRILLIANT

Great customer service together with a great product. The TV and DVD combined is the best one I have ever bought..

The deliver was very good, and the tv is brilliant. It is dual sim if you want to cover a better signal range, if you are on the move and you like streaming without relying on free WiFi this tv is must.

Excellent service

Nice TV good sound and picture light weight only issue is that as a TV designed for multi use sites the software to retune, new IP addresses is extremely clunky not intuitive I think it is based on LG which from experience is not the best.

Original tv was faulty due to being damaged in transit , contacted Cello who told me that I had damaged it , as I’d only had the item for one day I refused to accept this and sent photos of the screen and I’d take the matter further if a replacement wasn’t sent , they then contacted me back and sent another , used it in my campervan for several months and it’s been exceptional , it has a built in router so no faffing about with cables etc

Excellent retailer, TV ordered and delivered in under 24 hours. We bought a new TV to upgrade to a Smart TV after 14 year’s faultless service from our first Cello TV. We live on a narrowboat & getting a good signal wasn’t always easy when internet was good. No problems with the new set.

Good 12v TV for the money

I bought a television for my Mother who has dementia, Cello was so helpful and guided me through what would suit her needs and the television we bought from them is brilliant, so easy to use and great picture and sound, they also steered me towards other products that helped my Mother.

However as the TV is used on the road you need to retune quite often, I find it difficult to find the retuning menu.
Guess this will become easier with use.
It would be good if there was a quick retune button on the TV .
This would simplify the often I used function.
It is available on other camper TVs

Helpful service sorting out a return and highlighting the correct remote controller for our Cello travel TV.

Very hard to tune and no real help even with exact model number. Should not have to rely on Youtube.
The Tv needs a postcode to tune and nothing tells you how to do that

Has worked very well both on Aerial and WiFi. Haven't tested satellite or DVD.
Never failed us once on 4 week trip around Shetland Orkneys or Scotland. Now working well in West Wales. Good quality picture and great sound.
