Great Product, But Customer Service Needs Improvement product for the…
I have been using your product for the past four years and I trust its quality based on my experience. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding customer service at the site.
The staff on site were not very customer-friendly. Their attitude made it feel as though they were doing a favour rather than providing a paid service. I would recommend providing additional customer service training to help improve communication and overall customer experience.
On a positive note, the online support team has been very helpful and professional. I really appreciate their assistance.

Good service but very expensive
The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He performed a checkup while troubleshooting my complaint about the noise of the unit.
I would have rated it higher, but the cost of 140 Euro for a 10-15 minute service is too high.

Brilliant reasonably priced tap filter.
The monthly charge is a fraction of what I was spending on bottled water. The quality of the water via the filter is really top class. The filter change was done in five minutes.
