Culligan serviced my water softener…
Culligan serviced my water softener recently. The serviceman was good to communicate what he was doing and wasn't long doing the job. Unfortunately, the backwash got into the drinking water somehow, never happened previously after a service. The drinking water was so salty, my cuppas were undrinkable. I ran the cold tap for a bit and the next kettle of boiled water was usable.

Was told technician would have…
Was told technician would have equipment to fix a dripping tap. When technician arrived he was under the impression I had a loose tap and could not fix the dripping tap. Technician said he would follow up with the office and get back to me with a new appointment. No contact since from anyone about this issue

Excellent engineer, but misleading sales advice and poor pre-install planning
The engineer was excellent, but the overall experience was disappointing because the company’s sales advice was misleading and the installation was clearly not properly planned.
We chose the tankless RO system because the salesperson described it as the more compact option and only sent front-view photos. What she did not tell us was that the filter unit was too deep to fit in the sink cabinet. On installation day, the engineer immediately spotted the problem.
To his credit, he handled it very well. He explained the issue clearly and gave us sensible options: install only the softener, install the softener with a carbon filter, or put the RO filter in a side cabinet and drill through for the pipework and cabling. We chose the last option, and he did a great job.
But this problem should never have reached installation day. The company never offered a pre-install survey, never asked for photos of the sink area or cabinets, and never asked for measurements. I would gladly have paid for a site visit if it meant getting the right system and layout from the start.
As a result, we lost storage space in an already small kitchen, and we also paid for electrical work we did not actually need. We were told each product needed a socket, so we had an electrician install an extra double socket. In the end, the final setup still needed an extension lead, and one of the sockets was unnecessary.
So while the engineer deserves 5 stars, the company does not. A system sold as “more compact” should not end up taking over an extra kitchen cabinet because basic checks were never done. Good installation team, poor sales process, avoidable inconvenience and avoidable cost.

Not happy with the servicing done last…
Not happy with the servicing done last week. Yellowish discolouration of water after the servicing. Contacted the custimer care, technical team advised to keep the water flowing for 30 minutes, water become clear then. Again next morning water is still yellow, awaiting call back from technical team since two days.

Great service
Great service. I was called and reminded that the yearly service was due on my water systems and it was serviced within 2 days by a very friendly and efficient water treatment technician.

A very good service engineer
The service engineer, Mario, arrived on time and explained what he was doing and improved the water quality. He was very quick and efficient. The service could have been better if the agent booking the appointment had drawn attention to a potential requirement to change the filter (at an extra cost).

The technician was very friendly
The technician was very friendly and explained how the system works and the need to keep the salt topped up in the system. This was never explained to me in previous services.
