Hi,
We're so sorry to hear this. After investigating your order, it looks like Royal Mail unfortunately lost your parcel after it was shipped on 03/17. This is completely out of our control, but we absolutely understand your frustration.

As a result, we’re issuing you a full refund right away. You should see the amount returned to your original payment method shortly.

We truly value your support and were really looking forward to you receiving your order. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused.

If there's anything else we can do, feel free to reach out directly — we’d love the chance to make it right.

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate the support. We're really glad to hear you're happy with the print quality and durability of the patches and hoodie, we put a lot of care into making sure everything holds up over time.

Appreciate you mentioning the shipping time as well, international orders (especially to Finland and other further locations) can sometimes take a little longer, but we're always working on ways to improve that. Super grateful for your patience, and even more so that you feel it was worth the wait.

Hi,

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your order, but we’d like to clear up a few misunderstandings in your review.

All of our clothing is handmade in the UK and ships directly from the UK. We are not a Chinese company.

We offer free worldwide shipping on our website, but as clearly stated on our Info page, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their own country. These fees are determined by your local postal or customs authorities and are not set or collected by us.

Regarding sizing, We provide size charts on each product page to help customers choose the right fit, and we’re always happy to offer advice if contacted before purchases.

We understand it’s frustrating when expectations don’t match reality, but we kindly ask that reviews reflect accurate information. Please feel free to contact our support team so we can help resolve the issue.
