I ordered a dress. Paid £62.
I received it today.
It Doesn’t look like the photo online.
Cheap fabric.
Doesn’t fit me.
Smells like chemicals.
Shipped from china.
I emailed Cemyi immediately. Asked to return the dress and get a refund.
The company emailed me back quickly.
They offered me £11 refund, and I keep the dress!
I emailed back and said absolutely not. I want to return the dress and get a full refund.
The company are now ignoring my emails.
I’ve contacted them 8 times. No response.
This is a scam Chinese company.
Beware.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!
I have not received any response to my request to return goods that were delivered but were not of any quality, the material is viscose with a photo print on it, which is horrendous quality and nothing like the picture.
I lost £80 by using this company stay clear.

Received what I ordered and surprised about quality.

Arrived quickly and as described. Love the jumper.

Similar to the other reviews returning is a nightmare they only give you an email address which is unresponsive and the quality of the products was nothing like what the pictures made it look like.

If there was no star I would get them no stars. I have not received my goods and the customer services team are completely unhelpful and uncollaborative. They claim to have delivered to the addressee when no one was home and nothing has been received and they are stalling to try to not reimburse me. They have not responded to several of my emails and I have asked repeatedly to be passed to a manager to sort it out. No response. This is without doubt the worst customer services I have ever experience in my life. Do not trust this company.

This company refuses to accept an exchange for wrong sizing but wants me to pay another US$17 and they will just send me two new dresses in the right size for me. Totally unbelievable. They then sent a website address to pay the $17 which leads to nowhere.

It seems impossible to return an unwanted item to this company .

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they do not have a returns option they offer you minimal to keep the items that are a. TERRIBLE and all cheap nylon and b. weird cuts and sizes.

Biggest mistake purchase I've ever made and spent over £100 and offered £30 to keep the items. I do not believe any of the 5* reviews.

The dress arrived promptly and it was the same as in the photo. There was good communication with dispatching and shipping.

Nice pullover, delicery time ok.

I ordered a Jumper from this company. It arrived ,but not good quality and nothing like the photo on line. I then contacted them for a return form but they have refused and offered me $7 as compensation!!!
