What made my experience great is the great staff that was always there for me , I was so afraid of having surgery but thanks to cemtral hospital workers, doctors, nurses, translators, and cleaning stuff god bless you all

Oduvek sam želeo da se rešim probleme sa svoje zube koje su mi bili nezdravi čak i nisu ni bili uopšte. Posle dosta razmišljanja, odlučio sam se za hollywood smile u ovoj klinici i moram reći da je sve bilo izvanredno. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno, a doktorka je detaljno objasnisnila celi proces i šta mogu da očekujem. Oporavak je protekao glatko i sada sam prezadovoljan svojom figurom i oshemom. Zaista mi je porastao nivo samopouzdanja!

recently had surgery at central hospital sharjah and was extremely disappointed with their financial handling. At the time of admission, I was required to pay an advance, which they assured me would be adjusted as part of my co-payment. However, even after continuous follow-ups since November, no refund has been issued.

Every day, I was given vague promises that "the amount will be refunded soon," but it's now December, and nothing has been resolved. Their lack of transparency and delay in returning the amount feels like an intentional act to withhold money.

This experience has left me questioning their integrity and commitment to patient care. I urge the hospital to stop playing with patients' trust and resolve such matters professionally and promptly.

Nursing staff was very unresponsive. From the beginning of recovery they failed to check on me. They were instructed(by Doctor) to make sure I walked after 4 hrs from being delivered to room. This never happened, Upon checking, we were told she was sleeping.
This lack of indifference continued through out my stay.

I recommend that anyone considering this hospital for a procedure, please look elsewhere.

Sânt foarte mulțumită de serviciile spitalului, totul este foarte bine organizat ,dar mai ales doresc sa îi aduc mii de mulțumiri domnului doctor Yakup Duman pentru profesionalismul de care a dat dovadă! Un om deosebit,care știe cum să te facă să te simți bine,relaxat,și mai ales de rezultatele perfecte obținute după operație!!!

The ad quoted £1,600, which starkly contrasted with the £2,600 quoted by other providers recommended by family members. Seeking clarity, I reached out to a consultant named Abdul Rahman via a UK WhatsApp number. His explanation that they are direct providers rather than agencies was convincing and became a key deciding factor for me. Abdul Rahman patiently answered all my questions, and after checking the positive reviews and the hospital's location and standards on Google, I was reassured that everything was up to my expectations.

I booked my flight, sent a screenshot to Abdul Rahman, and he efficiently organized everything from airport transfer to hospital and hotel accommodations. Upon arrival at the hospital in the evening, I was warmly welcomed by Selim Effendi, a tall, impressive gentleman who immediately took me to my room and arranged for blood tests.

The next morning, I was introduced to Jebur, the interpreter. Jebur's exceptional personality and professionalism stood out immediately. Fluent in both Turkish and English, he ensured smooth communication between me and the medical staff, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process.

Jebur took charge from the start, guiding me through all the necessary pre-operative tests. His familiarity with the hospital and its staff meant that I never had to wait long for any procedures. His efficiency was matched by his supportive nature, always ensuring I understood each step of the process.

During my stay, Jebur was a constant presence. He accompanied me to consultations with doctors, explaining medical jargon in simple terms and making sure I felt at ease. His dedication didn't end with the surgery. Even after the operation, when the dietician came to discuss my post-operative diet and care, Jebur was right there, translating and providing reassurance.

Jebur's hard work and genuine care for patients were evident in every interaction. He was on his toes all the time, actively ensuring that everything was done promptly and correctly. His ability to build a rapport with both patients and hospital staff was remarkable, creating a seamless and supportive environment.

The hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, and cleaners, were all incredibly friendly and proactive, ensuring that everything was done on time and often in advance. The communication within the hospital was excellent, leaving no room for any complaints.

A particularly memorable moment was when the cafe staff downstairs served me green tea the morning after my operation. One staff member, noticing my pain, lifted his shirt to show his own surgical scars, reassuring me that I would soon feel better.
