We specialise in supplying local authorities with privately rented accommodation across London. We procure this accommodation from private sector landlords for letting on our ‘Guaranteed Rent’ scheme. We have over 19 years experience successfully acquiring and managing private rented accommodation and currently manage in excess of 400 properties. I have been with central housing group for about 15 years now. In that time they have managed my property with very little interaction needed from me. They are responsive to my requests and queries, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Excellent refurbishment

My flat needed to be refurbished in-between tenants and it was completed in 2 weeks. Work completed to a high standard and looks great. Excellent service from the team to organise all the contractors and manage the work.

Excellent company

My husband used this company to rent out his mother’s flat when she moved into a care home. Romesh helped us sort everything out to get the flat ready, it was very neglected. Amazing service and no problems at all. Highly recommend.

Simply the best

We have been using CHG for 3.5 years now. They are a friendly, attentive and incredibly efficient company.
We have had no problems and to them nothing is a problem.

Central Housing Group have looked after my property for 14 years. We have just renewed our lease for another 3 years. This really says it all about central housing. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking of letting a property. They offer an excellent service on behalf of the landlords if there are any issues with the property they have a qualified team that can go in to do works that need to be carried out.
