We specialise in supplying local authorities with privately rented accommodation across London. We procure this accommodation from private sector landlords for letting on our ‘Guaranteed Rent’ scheme. We have over 19 years experience successfully acquiring and managing private rented accommodation and currently manage in excess of 400 properties. Originally we were with a local estate


Originally we were with a local estate agent, but they were not very good.
We have been with Central Housing Group for three years and are now entering our fourth year. They are efficient and friendly, prompt with payment and also inform us when services are due, and arrange everything that is needed to be done.
We would highly recommend this company

I would highly recommend Central Housing Group

I would highly recommend Central Housing to manage a property, I have dealt with them for many years now! A very professional, helpful hassle free service. I would happily recommend to anyone with a property to rent. Rent is paid into your account every month without fail. They regularly check on the properties, any necessary repairs are carried out at a very reasonable rate, or you can use your own workman. Don't go anywhere else!!!!

Amazing agency

Amazing agency who were very person centred, friendly and welcoming. Any issues I had were dealt with in a timely manner, even through Covid. Housing manager went above and beyond her job role to help me. All the Maintenance and repairs needed were carried out as quick as possible. Can’t fault anything with Central housing.

Property well managed with no hassle
