From our perspective, CNIC support appears fragmented, with first-line agents having limited access to senior support or developers. The lack of coordination and quality assurance is evident — we often receive incomplete or inconsistent information, and the overall experience has remained poor despite repeated interactions. This makes us believe there is little accountability or management oversight to act on customer feedback. In short, we are disappointed with the support provided. We now avoid contacting CNIC support whenever possible and instead resolve issues ourselves, as our feedback rarely seems to be acknowledged or acted upon.

We had an issue during the signup process where we were not redirected to the correct page. The support team quickly resolved the issue and handed us our login information.

I had received a phishing SMS to my cell phone number with a web link to a rather exotic domain and wanted to do something about it without knowing exactly how. The contact person at CentralNic Registry showed me the contact addresses via email - like a tutor - which I then contacted to report the abusive use

A scammer used all kinds of tricks to get my visa number, so he/she can use it. Obviously, he/she did this to so many other innocent people. I brought this issue up to these guys, and they immediately suspended the scammer's account. I wish other providers would do the same to protect potential victims. Thank you for your prompt response.
