Matt from Central Telecoms has exceeded all expectations with his amazing customer service and attention to detail. After spending countless hours on hold to Telstra and taking weeks to get any resolution with our issues, we had had enough. I'd spoken to numerous providers trying to find a better alternative to Telstra's horrendous customer service, and Matt stood out above all of them. While others were trying to push us into services that wouldn't have been a right fit for our business, Matt took the time to visit our sites several times before providing us with a proposal to ensure that every aspect of what was required was met and found solutions for the problems we were experiencing. If the exceptional service provided wasn't enough to convince me to make the switch, the plans that he tailored to suit our needs also saved us $900/month. It is so refreshing calling a Telecommunications company and not only getting though to someone, but speaking to a local that actually listens. Could not recommend Central Telecoms or Matt highly enough!!

A new system for our office was easily explained with real reasons why our existing system is not working properly. Prompt and friendly service with very competitive rates. The fact that it is Australian helped a lot too.

A great choice if you are wanting to move away from the big Telco companies. A few hiccups on the transition were quickly and efficiently managed and resolved by the support team. Allover, we are very happy with the process and would definitely recommend!

For the first time in a long time I had a pleasant discussion with a Telco sales person. Matt was very helpful and certainly not one of these pushy sales people.
Everything was explained with clarity, more importantly the cost of the plan is quite a lot cheaper than our current plan.
I hope the installation goes as smoothly.

We have just engaged Central Telecoms after having a few not so great relationships with other companies. Central Telecoms have been amazing, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend our account manager Brigid Martin if you are on the Central Coast, her honesty, knowledge and follow up has been second to none.

The assistance and effort put in this group has been wonderful. Nothing too small to deal with now their challenge is to maintain the service throughout our ongoing relationship and if they do as they have done so far they will surely impress.

Mark contacted me as I was trying to connect NBN to a block of Flats. He streamlined the connection process through Central Telecoms with diligence and at a very competitive cost.

Central Telecoms came to the rescue at a stressful time with another supplier cancelling our NBN service. Daniel provided a prompt and efficient service and they had us up and running in a very short time.

Very happy. Daniel has been very professional and helpful and the transition to the new phone system has been seemless apart from the delay due to COVID which was not the fault of Central Telecoms.

We had a complete power black out today at work. No on hold as with other companies, my call for help was answered immediately by Daniel and phones diverted to a mobile. My experience with other companies has been a lengthy on hold with little response. This kept us in communication with our customers, one who had broken down on the water. Beau has been fantastic from the start. Explained everything in detail and was able to answer all our questions. It is great to be able to support an Australian Telco Company who supports Australian jobs. Would recommend!

The customer service by the team at Central Telecoms has been very good. We’ve never had any reason to doubt their dedication and commitment to their customers. We’ve been a customer for approx 2 years and did have a few teething problems which were challenging at times. We couldn’t be happier with the service now though and would recommend the team to anyone looking to have a great telephony service.
