Found Central Tutors online after our daughter required help with advanced Higher Chemistry. We can honestly say it was the best find ever! Our daughter loves the sessions and "She just gets it" now! Jamie is very good and very patient. All sessions are followed up by notes which our daughter finds very very useful.
Would definitely recommend.

My daughter and son had been working with Soban for Higher Chemistry and Physics. They had both failed their prelims in January however with hard work along with Soban's patient and approachable ability to explain gaps in their learning and prepare them for their exam in May they improved their grades considerably gaining an A and C in August. They both credit the improvement in their grades to the extra tuition from Soban.
Jamie was easy to contact and communicate with and always prompt in email replies with queries.
My children and I would highly recommend Central Tutors and Soban.

Our daughter was hesitant to study higher chemistry but needed it to have a good chance of teaching her goal. With a one hour a week tutorial with Central Tutors her confidence increased immensely. She has now achieved an A grade and is looking forward to studying Advanced Higher Chemistry, again with help from Central Tutors.

Amazing company and service. Jamie and team were great with our kids. I was dubious about the process of private tutoring but it was brilliant. Very flexible and group sessions are good value for money. Easy to communicate with Jamie and team and organise to suit schedules. We even had a session on holiday. Highly recommend.

The Maths teacher, Arjun, from Central Tutor, has helped my daughter to improve her grades on Maths in preparation for NAT5. Before the tutors classes, she got a C and she now got an A in the mock test.
The teacher is very professional, organised, patience and dedicated to get the best in his class. I highly recommend.

We’ve had a really positive experience with Central Tutors. Our daughter went into her Nat 5 Maths and Physics exams feeling far more confident than she had before, and that change was largely down to the support she received.
Her tutor, Daniel, was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable. He had a real skill for breaking down concepts that she had previously struggled to understand, and explaining them in a way that finally made things click for her. He was calm, consistent, and encouraging throughout.
A big part of what made the experience so smooth was Jamie, who clearly takes real care in matching tutors to the specific needs of his clients. The whole setup felt thoughtful and well organised, and we always felt like our daughter was in the right hands.
Overall, everything was easy from start to finish, and the team were accommodating and responsive throughout. We would absolutely recommend their tutoring service.

I enrolled my daughter on the Chemistry tution with Jamie after getting a C in her Prelim. Being in Jamie's class significantly improved her performance to an A in her second prelim. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because we felt that having a platform with learning material and notes would be even better.

My daughter had all but disengaged with school, especially in terms of attendance. However, she has never missed a session with Moyin, and his intervention has given her a real shot after what has been a difficult final year. Really grateful.

Adam has been helping my son with higher physics for a few months now. We would definitely recommend Adam to others. My son has found his lessons very beneficial. Thanks to Adam and central tutors.

Daniel is a superstar. He has been tutoring my son now for about a year and a half / last year he helped him uplift from a D grade in maths at prelim to a B in his actual Nat 5. He’s just delivered my son’s final tuition session for Higher maths and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He’s patient,knowledgeable, explains things brilliantly and also has a warm, engaging style. My son is genuinely going to miss his sessions with Daniel . If you can get him, book him. You will not regret it.

My son was tutored in Physics by Timi. It was all well organised and he got a lot out of the sessions.

If I could I would give 10 gold stars to Jamie and Central Tutors. From the very first contact with Jamie I felt he understood my daughter and she felt comfortable that she could ask any question without feeling it was a silly or stupid question. Within a few lessons with Central Tutors my daughter feels more confident again and that passing well with her highers is still possible. She feels that somethings at school just didn't quite click before, until her 1 to 1 lessons, which she feels is completely tailored for her and she's understood. This has boosted and lifted her confidence. I now have a daughter feeling back on track to hopefully achieve well still with her highers.

Excellent Higher physics and tutors Daniel and Tobit. Saw confidence and capability built. Straight forward admin. Highly recommend, and will be using again.

My son has really blossomed with have Jamie tutor him all year for Higher Chemistry. He got a mid-range C at Nat 5 but was determined to do Higher. Recently, he achieved 80 percent in an end of unit test. Having Jamie from the start of the school year in August, has really helped give him confidence to keep working away on his own knowing that Jamie is there once a week for him. He now plans to do Advanced Higher Chemistry and if at all possible, Chemistry at university! What a turn around!

Jamie is incredibly professional, reliable and patient. We have seen a massive improvement in my daughters grades, it is such a relief to find a tutor who is so knowledgeable and engaging.
