I had a Abdominoplasty with muscle repair and lipo with Mr Omar Tilo in February 2021. Mr Tilo was so professional and did an excellent job of clearly explaining the pros and cons of the procedure and what the recovery would entail. This procedure is major surgery and the recovery time is significant so I am glad I was fully prepared for what it would entail. The support and follow up from Yasmin my patient coordinator and Gregory was excellent and they were both so caring and helpful.

I had the procedure in the London branch but all my follow up appointments were in the Watford location which was a huge benefit as it was closer to me and much easier to get to logistically for follow up appointments. However all the staff I saw in both locations were excellent and very professional.

I am now 4 months post op and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the results. I feel like a brand new me and have got my confidence back after 3 pregnancies and years spent trying to lose baby weight and tone up. Mr Omar Tilo was fantastic and is a very experienced surgeon so I knew I was in safe hands and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Centre for Surgery.

I had the smoothest and the most amazing experience with my breast uplift surgery! Yasmin was incredibly supportive and was there for me around the clock! She is so great! Gregory called me every day for 10 days after my surgery to check in and he was also supportive and kind. If I ever had a question or needed an appointment, they would ensure I have my answer quickly or would book me in to see a doctor! This team is really amazing!

I’m so happy that I found my incredible surgeon Dr Omar Tillo. He was clear and straight forward, very understanding and supportive and I’m so happy with the outcome! I’m lucky enough to have had no complications and I believe that this could be because Dr Tillo is very knowledgeable and is clear on the best ways to avoid any issues. He is also open to discuss what your preferences are for your surgery and gives his professional opinion which was very useful. He made me feel secure and safe throughout the process and now at 7 weeks post op I couldn’t be happier with my results and the surgeon I chose.

Very happy with my experience getting breast augmentation with Dr. Alok Misra. Would highly recommend this amazing and very professional, talented surgeon.

6 weeks now post my surgery and I was supposed to have an appointment to check the progress (not sure if I can go back to the gym or not) but unfortunately my coordinator couldn’t help me and none called me back to arrange that. The only disappointing moment.

Throughout my experience getting breast augmentation was a little bit of challenge as a transgender patient (MTF). However Yasmin is my patient coordinator and Natalie from the support team help me. Throughout the experience by helping me getting the documents I need to get and advising me what need to be done and calming me down about all the worries i had about the procedure and especially pricing of the surgery. Yasmin is really nice person and understanding person that actually listen to you and dosen't try to get you on surgery table fast as possible and move on the next patient or anyone in CFS that I've spoken to throughout the whole experience.

As for the surgeon Dr Erel he did amazing job. We didn't see eye to eye at first but found middle ground (this was partly me having somewhat unrealistic goal to achieve after one surgery) he was more concerned about my safety, well-being and to inform me the implications of this procedure and to make sure that i understand before the procedure take place.

For anyone thats is transgender either MTF or FTM make you sure you can find clinical psychologist that can do the assessment for surgery ASAP as this will be probably hardest document to get (for me it was)

Overall the staff are super friendly and helpful and informative. The surgeon did a great job and the size im happy with them and pricing is reasonable. I'd be coming back for future procedure

I got a breast enlargement through Centre for Surgery with Dr Erel Ertan and honestly the whole experience from Lidia making the arrangements to the check ins, information provided and the surgery itself were all great. Also, im really pleased with the results. 5 star experience

Load of rubbish! I’m surprised anyone actually gets surgery here as I haven’t even been able to get a consultation! I had one in the diary which I had made plans for and paid a deposit, however I got a phone call yesterday saying they had to reschedule it due to someone taking my spot! This was 2 days ago and I still haven’t received contact from them in regards to a new date so I phoned them up, they said someone would get back to me in 10 mins still haven’t heard anything from them. Going to fight to get my deposit money back as they had to cancel the consultation. Very very disappointed and now booked in to see another doctor. Shame because they lost my business

I had a breast lift and augmentation (300 cc) on 23rd April 2021 at Crawford Street.

My breasts look amazing and scars at 4 weeks aren't event noticeable.

I would like to thank my excellent surgeon Dr. Mitsakos and amazing nurse Sophie, friendly Gregory and Christina in support team, Diane Fitouri, Lidia Mazzone (my patient coordinator), Rema, Michael Smith-Hardy, Natalie Durkin and the front desk team at Crawford Street.

Thank you also to everybody else who helped me pre and post op at the Centre for Surgery - you are all excellent and certainly at the top of my list regarding surgical procedures.

I have my follow up appointment in 2 weeks and looking forward to it.

Unprofessional and unreliable staff in my experience with this clinic and this has been a let down for me.
They cancelled my first appointment without informing me. I had called in on the day of my appointment and it was confirmed it was infact cancelled. Luckily I had telephoned otherwise I would have turned up for nothing. They dont return calls either when they say they will. Yazmin was also unreliable with me which I found unprofessional. I text her for prices for more treatments and had no response to my texts. Then on another occasion when I spoke to her in person after eventally getting a consultation appointment, she promised me a call back that day to go over further pricing for other treatments and surprise surprise I never heard from her and never received the call back. The staff in my experience are unreliable which in my view is unprofessional. This is unacceptable for me. This has set of alarm bells for me and put me off wanting to proceed with any operations or treatments. I feel that if they can be so unreliable like this to me then I can imagine what a nightmare it would be for me chasing them for support or concerns after treatment if I were to have gone ahead. This is what put me off to proceed with any surgery in the future. Due to my experience I'd rather go elsewhere where I feel a clinic/company is more reliable and I'm not constantly chasing them on the phones.

I had a Septo-Rhinoplasty done. My patient co-ordinator was a lovely lady called Linda, who supported me from the start and took every call, answering every question I had. She helped to reassure me and reduce my anxiety ahead of my operation and continued to check up on me post-op. My doctor was Mr Ertan Erel and I cannot stress how amazing he was. I had watched hours of YouTube vlogs and read dozens of articles about the recovery process, and they honestly traumatised me. This was completely the opposite of my experience. Due to Mr Erel’s steady hand, my face received minimal bruising and swelling all of which was gone within 8 days post-op! During my recovery I continued to receive regular check-up phone calls from the team, mainly Gregory. I’m in love with my results, even though I’m still in the early stages of recovery. If you’re thinking about selecting this surgery, I would certainly recommend them due to the support they offer, amazing customer service and care they put into their procedures!!

Great environment and great friendly staff. One thing I strongly advise is please take your own pain killers as they are abit weird about giving you some, and trust me you will need some.

I had a breast augmentation 6 weeks ago. And I couldn’t be happier! It’s the best choice Iv ever made! They have dropped and look so natural I feel like the old me. The me before kids. The recover was around 5 days of feeling abit high from all the meds but I was never in pain and from day 6 I was honestly back to normal. Of course I took it slow but I was so happy nothing else matters. Thank you so much Dr. Tillo and the amazing staff kind and caring staff at centre for surgery! What a pleasant experience from start to finish!

I did a lot of research ahead of my procedure and had many consultations with various surgeries to be 100% sure that they were the right place for me. Centre For Surgery stood out to me by miles as their surgeon specialised in what I wanted. They were professional and their customer service throughout has been brilliant. Post op service has been fantastic, constantly checking in to see how I am. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more! Exceeded all my expectations!

I can not recommend enough! From my first phone call with Yazmin the patient coordinator, Who was extremely helpful. To Meeting my amazing surgeon Dr Ertan Erel. I instantly liked him and felt very comfortable and confident.On the day of surgery the nurses and staff were brilliant,reassuring and I was made to feel at ease. I even had a coffee waiting for me after surgery as I joked with the nurse befor hand how I’d missed my morning coffee. Every day since Iv had a phone call from Gregory to make sure I was ok and able to give any advice I may need. The after care has been truly amazing! And even tho it’s early days so far the results have exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier and would advise any one considering center for surgery to go ahead.

I had been looking to have a Rhinoplasty procedure for some time but for various reasons I had been unable to find a clinic and surgeon that I felt entirely comfortable with. I came across the Centre for Surgery and decided to contact them.

My first contact was with Yasmin. I found her to be very sympathetic and willing to help. My initial Consultation went well and I soon arranged a date for my surgery. The process of preparing for surgery, the surgery and aftercare went smoothly and as well as I could've hoped for. This was down to the efforts of the entire team at the Centre for Surgery who are very well organised, caring and friendly!

A month after my surgery, I am very pleased with the results and I would highly recommend the Centre for Surgery and their excellent Surgeon Mr Alok Misra.

I’ve had a great experience at centre of surgery, all the team was lovely from yasmin as the patient coordinator being super kind and helpful, always making me feel at ease and being so friendly and easy to talk to.

The support team ringing me everyday following my surgery, who were also very friendly and caring.

And of course Dr Onur Gilleard who is very talented in what he does and has given me my dream nose. Also reassuring me and messaging me if I ever had any concerns. He is truly a great surgeon and such a lovely person!

Also all the nurses on my surgery day was wonderful and so kind and caring and made me feel comfortable all the way through.
All the receptionists are also so lovely and friendly from the minute you walk in!

If there was one criticism I could give, it would be that they didn’t always get back to me straight away but I understand as they were very busy. But always super apologetic when they would return my call.

My overall experience however was amazing and I really recommend this place to anyone looking to get surgery, and I highly recommend Dr Gilleard as he is an amazing surgeon and an overall kind person, and I love my new nose!

Would highly recommend Centre for Surgery. Very professional staff who supported me through my entire journey from initial consultation to the procedure. Always on hand to answer any questions I had and thoroughly explained the procedure and associated risks to ensure I was well-informed.

Amazing, exceptional, professional and quality service! From the initial request for more information until the day of procedure and after the procedure. The constant calls and emails from the team made me feel as if I was relevant and showed me that my business was important to them. Dr. Mitakos, Carolyn, Samira and Natalie (recovery nurse) OUTSTANDING, OUTSTANDING, OUTSTANDING!!!

Dr. Mitakos was thorough and made sure to be honest about the procedure and my results. It’s been a week post-op and I’m in love! Even with swelling in some areas!! I couldn’t have asked for a better Dr. He was very professional, kind and genuine.

Carolyn, Samira and Natalie are angel sent! They were so kind, caring and ensured that I was well taken care of days leading up to the surgery, on the day of surgery and during recovery.
