Excellent service from start to finish. Very responsive to changes

When I initially reached out to Mearon/Centurion Jets, I explained my situation in detail to Mearon and also indicated that I'd never flown on a charter flight before and did not know what to expect. I made it clear that I'd likely have a lot of questions. Incredibly, Mearon took that to heart and was infinitely patient as he described every step of the process of choosing a plane, how to book and pros and cons of different planes. We talked through exactly how to pay for my flight and kindly answered all my "what if..." questions. After he sent me my itinerary, I noticed that ground transportation was something he could arrange as well. I was traveling with my animals - one of which is an extra large dog - and ground transportation was something I was concerned about. After asking Mearon about it, he assured me he would set it up for me.

I had questions about exactly what to expect when we landed in our destination country and Mearon talked me through what I'd need to do. Detailed, step-by-step instructions. The day before our flight, he sent me the ground transportation information as well.

When we landed, as Mearon said, I was ushered through every step of the immigrations and customs experience by the ground team. I didn't have to wonder where I was going next or who I was talking to next. They just directed me to the next person. Both Immigration and Customs were in the private terminal so one of the concerns I had was immediately allayed by that. They were all aware that I didn't speak the local language and were extremely patient with me.

Once we were through Immigration and Customs, I was informed that Mearon had made it very clear to them how big my dog was and that they needed the biggest vehicle for me. Mearon did an excellent job with that as the vehicle that was assigned was MORE than big enough to hold us and all of our things.

Once I was settled in my rental, I realized I had not received an email from the car rental company stating my rental car had been returned. I emailed Mearon and he made some calls to confirm that it had been returned and the time it had been returned.

Essentially, Mearon turned what was the last part of my highly stressful planned trip into the easiest part of the trip by far. I could not thank him enough for his help and guidance. I think the only thing I'll do differently the next time I fly with my extra large dog is rent a larger jet. But I can guarantee that it'll be Mearon and Centurion Jets that I reach out to for scheduling and planning that future flight.

Centurion Jets is a hands off broker. They take your charter reservation and then do nothing to make sure that the operator of your charter fulfills the agreement. I paid for a direct flight round trip to from KBED to Anguilla, and the return trip was scheduled to take 3.8 hours, which is typical. We have flown this route many times previously. The operator showed up late and missed their time in takeoff position so we sat in waiting position for over an hour. The operator also informed us less than 24 hours before the second flight that their plane could not do a direct flight as it could not carry enough fuel to takeoff from the runway in Anguilla and that we would have to make a stop in Puerto Rico. If we had been informed of this prior to our reservation, we would not have chartered this plane for our trip. When we landed in Puerto Rico, we were delayed another 1.5 hours before continuing. Then when we were in the air and an hour away from Boston, the pilot informed us that he did not have enough fuel to make it to Boston and we had to stop in Virginia for a second fueling, adding another 1.5 hours delay. This was a Mid size jet, which made the flight direct on the way to Anguilla without any problem. The pilots failure to properly fuel the plane at the first additional stop was a lack of experience and knowledge of his plane. The pilot tried to blame the delays on ATC, but the additional time was not in the air, it was all on the ground at the three airports. This was clearly all operator mismanagement and dishonesty. Our scheduled 3.8 hours for this flight became 8.5 hours. This was a bait and switch deal by Centurion and their subcontracted operator. They signed an agreement for direct flights and did not provide that service. They have not taken any action to make this right.
Avoid their services as they do not think their clients or client services are important.

Seamless experience and excellent service from start to finish!

I've used Centurion Jets for two short trips (2 hours) over the past few months. Mearon was able to find a suitable charter within our budget. The pilots were on time and very helpful so we requested them for our second trip. All communications were timely and any questions were quickly answered. I can definitely recommend Centurion Jets.
