Easy case management with client info already populated.

We were looking for a user friendly case management system, and eimmigration delivered. Now we have a centralized database for client information, and it's easy to pull up cases for existing clients and add new cases with all the information already populated. Customer service has been helpful whenever we have run into any issues, and the software is easy to use. Only note: better compatibility with the new USCIS online forms would be great.
