I checked out five different translation services and chose CertiTranslate for the following reasons:

Australian (Canberra) based
Willingness to put personal names to email
Prompt personalised reply to my inquiry from a real person
Rates were very competitive

When required to submit NAATI-certified documents with personal information of various people, we don't want to upload them to any online service run by bots. Need assurance that the company complies with Australian privacy law. We had questions about levels of certification required for Australian government institutions, etc.,and CertiTranslate was able to answer those questions in a timely fashion. It seemed that they do a lot of this stuff, so the yield/experience of the personnel was also important to us (not just for translation but understanding why someone is required to have a NAATI-certified translation and what they will be using it for).

It was weird experience but I was worried about my request was confirmed or not. Because I couldn’t see the response email from them. And still no response nevertheless I wrote a massage and email them what I was feeling. But once I checked the spam folder, they sent me some emails from the first time. Obviously it was my mistake but they were so patient and keep in touch with me. I’m trusting their work and I recommend to check the spam folder. Thank you for your work and support.

This is one of the most dishonest and unprofessional businesses I’ve ever dealt with.

I paid for a 12-hour express service and they delivered nothing.
Not late.
Not delayed.
Nothing.

I confirmed before placing the order that the 12-hour countdown would start immediately after payment. They promised it clearly on live chat. that’s the only reason I trusted them.

What actually happened?
• No delivery in 12 hours
• No update for over 30 hours
• No translation at all
• Repeated cancellation requests ignored
• Excuses that made zero sense (“weekend delay” even though I ordered on a Monday)
• More excuses about “language complexity” even though they advertise it as supported
• And then the worst part:
They tried to keep 50% of my money for work they did NOT do.

They literally admitted that they “stopped the project when I asked to cancel,”
but somehow still claimed they “worked halfway” and deserved 50%.

This is not a misunderstanding.
This is fraud.
Charging customers for a service you never delivered and then refusing a full refund is straight-up scam behavior.

Thankfully, my bank reviewed all the evidence and refunded me in full. because the company failed to provide any service and refused to take responsibility.

This business lies, makes excuses, and tries to take your money without doing the work.
Avoid this scam operation at all costs.

This is my first experience with personal documents translated for work abroad. Your service was recommended to me by a friend
who lives in Perth, and I believe he was a client of yours. If he recommended you, it means he was satisfied, and I am too.
The translations seem well-crafted and without any details being overlooked. What I also really appreciated has been the
speed with which you completed them.
