We would like to confirm that we have already successfully processed the refund for the additional invoice you were unintentionally charged. The amount should be reflected in your bank account shortly, depending on your payment provider’s processing times. To help us prevent this from happening again, we would really appreciate it if you could share the sequence of events that led to the duplicate charge. For example:
Did the system prompt you to make the payment more than once?
Was the page refreshed or reopened while the payment was processing?
Did you click the payment or confirmation button multiple times?
Did you experience any error message or delay during the payment process?
Were you redirected back to the payment page after completing the transaction?
