Fast and professional. I had to change the document I wanted translated and had no problems with it.

I have used many translation services, but with Certling I had the most positive experience. Applying for Visa is stressful, and to have their support to answer all your questions was extremely helpful. I never imagine using online chat option as usually it is bots but this worked amazingly with dedicated support from Certling. Also, they had a very fast turnaround time. I will definitely choose this service again if i ever need a certified translation.

I've used Certling to translate financial documents for a UK visa application and I got very good results, and quickly.

Before finding Certling I've requested a few quotes from other providers and all of them were attempting to overcharge because their systems were blindly counting numbers as words. Certling's system not only did not do that mistake but it also allowed to customise which exact fields to translate.

Initially, because of an IT problem, my translation didn't go through proofreading and as such I found some errors. I contacted Certling and they immediately acknowledge the problem and quickly corrected the translation. Excellent support!

The quotation mechanism, allowing for easy selection of pages or - if desired - blocks of text to be translated in extremely simple to use and allows for a fine tuning of what is wanted or not, avoiding the costs associated with unnecessary translation work.

Furthermore, I cannot praise highly enough the integrity of the company - the price quoted to me was incorrect (lower) by a wide margin, but they not only apologised for the error (which was clearly to their disadvantage) but honoured the quote without any kind of request for adjustment. The translation was speedily delivered.

All and all, a full, no ifs or buts, well deserved five stars.
