Have purchased many items from Cesdeals over the years, prices are excellent, shipping a little long but worth the value. Have never had an issue with product or receipt of goods.

I have purchased from CESDeals for several years and have never been disappointed. When I received these jewelers magnifying glasses, I thought they were incomplete when I received them. I wrote to customer service, and they explained very politely and clearly how to properly use the glasses as received. I'm very pleased with CESDeals customer service.

Based on my own limited knowledge, initially purchased an item from "Cesdeals", which was not needed. Upon returning that item, Customer Service (Freddie) contacted me directly and discussed my product problem. Shorter version ended up buying a converter box as the missing item needed originally.

The Unokea 4 metal signs I received from my order, I was very happy with the quality, the individual wrapping, and the speed of shipping. I think they are extremely good value. However, it would have been nice to also receive free shipping to Canada.

Super quick shipping. The stickers were exactly what I ordered. They adhere pretty strongly. All in all I'm very pleased with my order and have sent others here too and I will happily order again.

I ordered a Digital Meter on 7 Apr 2021 from CES.
My account was debited immediately and my emails to them on 18 and 19 May were ignored.
I have since bought another meter.
There meter finally arrived 7 Nov 2021.
Now sitting with 2 meters and am not able to contact anyone from CES

Useless Portable Oral Irrigator. It arrived and I put it together carefully according to instructions. I filled the tank but the water does not come out the nozzle. The device does not work. I notified customer service but after several weeks have not reply from them. No phone # or address to return it. Not a responsible company.

Review #2 of 5. This company shows pictures of one item then sells you knock off items and try to give you 10% of your money back with their scam techniques. Avoid this company or lose your money.

Terrible company, products are not as pictured and their "return" techniques are scammy and wont return your full amount.

Absolute worse customer service. Took several days for them to respond to my messages and emails. Finally after getting in touch with customer service was unable to get order canceled. Don't worry however they are fast to process the payment, just not fast to do anything else.

it past 4 years from then i don't want my money but honestly say to people stay away from your cheap item that never send if every one want lose money this company is best place to losing your money
