Total and utter scumbag scammers. 9ct Gold jewellery is actually cheap tack tat, from China. £60+ wasted on rubbish. How these fraudsters get away with it, is beyond me. Currently trying to get reimbursed through my bank..... Not holding out much hope though.

I would actually give it no star. The jewellery advertised is not what you get. I spent 108 euro and I would have got the same jewellery or better in Primark. This site should be done for false advertising. Absolute rubbish. Do not make the same mistake as I did.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Complete scam, no such company in Birmingham, cant believe I fell for it. Ordered a 16k gold bracelet, arrived from China, cheap metal rubbish. No reply to emails requesting refund. Wish I'd read the reviews on here first.

I wouldn’t give it 1 star, it doesn’t deserve even that. It is absolutely disgusting that Facebook allow people to tell such lies about losing a husband to con people into buying rubbish jewellery, I paid £39.99 for what I can describe as lucky bag trinkets. Please don’t be conned like I have been , do not buy the rubbish they are selling.

A complete scam which i was stupid enough to fall for. They keep on emailing in the most professional manner when you complain. The bracelet was cheap rubbish from China which I knew it would be once I read everyone else's review. I have got a refund through my bank as a charge back and they even tried to get mecto cancel it as they said they would refund. Not a chance!!!

I was absolutely disgusted with this so called jewellery, very very poor quality, and service just paid £50 for what looks like kids plastic dress up crap, ITS A MASSIVE CON and they should not be taken of the media and prosecuted for conning the public,I’m absolutely FUMING!!!!!!

Customers are misled in believing the goods are being made and shipped from Birmingham. Instead, the "jewellery" is manufactured and shipped from China - hence, my order was lost and delayed weeks. The quality was very poor.

I think someone has cloned a website (or never was a real website) which seems very real, gives you a massive discount, then they send some utter crap from abroad.
I ordered a gold 12k necklace, I got a gold looking necklace in bubble wrap, from somewhere in Timbuktu!!
The legitimate company was supposed to be Birmingham, UK, but obviously doesn’t exist.

Fraud. Claiming items are 14/18 carat gold and they aren't, stuff looks like it's off Temu. Didn't even send the correct product. Asked for a return, quoting the return policy. Eileen emailing a load of rubbish about why they can't offer a full refund. All lies, cheap products, scam.

Don't touch this company's too good to be true jewellery offers. Afraid I fell for it thinking a gold bracelet would be great for our granddaughter's birthday. It took weeks to come and it has no gold content. Failed all the tests and looks like brass! I'm now in touch with my bank!

Absolute SCAM. I ordered earrings from their “closing down sale” for my wife. I unfortunately believed their whole dead husband routine and hand-made jewellery. I paid £25 for what can only be described as primark, Claire’s or SHEIN jewellery. They arrived in a tiny plastic bag that is clearly mass produced in china. Avoid at all costs.

This is a non existent company. I fell for the scam like many others. The "website " was quite convincing. I ordered some items and got an email offering me £20.00 further discount. Which did not work at checkout. Then i got another email offering a voucher for another £20 as they wanted to check the "quality of the items ordered " so delivery would be delayed. It just didn't sit well with me so I came on trustpilot and low and behold the proof was here . I called my bank straight away. They told me that my card would have been compromised so they cancelled it and sent me another one. They also cancelled the transaction. I emailed the so called company twice, informing them of my action. But my emails bounced back to me. Further proof that they do not exist. So today two weeks later I actually received the goods!. Not from Birmingham where they were supposed to be based. I ordered some jewellery that has come as nothing but cheap tat I also ordered an owl lamp made of stained glass for £34.99. It certainly wasn't stained glass...it was thick rubbery plastic and only 4 inches tall. I found the exact same lamp on temu for £3.49. So here I have a load of tat delivered and my money reimbursed. They won't be getting a penny from me. I hope everybody else has their money returned to them also. These scam companies need to be done away with.

I had my doubts that I would receive any items given the amount of poor reviews, I received the earrings and bracelets this morning they are not hallmarked not worth the costs. They are cheap the sort of jewellery you would purchase at a market! I paid £19.98 for the earrings and £63.93 for the bracelets I would suggest this jewellery is worth no more than £15 collectely. Please do not get scammed.

I took have been scammed and bought a few pieces of jewellery. I have received the items and they are n ot gold as descried and I am going to try to claim the money back through my bank. Its discussing as it said Eileen had lost her husband and was closing down the business with 80% off then when you buy one item they send you a £20 off voucher so you buy again!! I can't believe i fell for this scam.. I'm so annoyed!! FB and Instragram wouldn't close down the page after I reported then, they should check who they are before allowing them to advertise.

Oh my goodness! I can't believe I fell for this scam, I feel so stupid!!! Don't buy, they've sent me plastic jewellery!!! Don't buy guys!!! It's a massive scam!!!!

I stupidly reviewed the company after buying £70 worth of jewellery - lesson learnt. I saw that reviews gave them 1 star and scathing comments. As I was within an hour of ordering I quickly emailed them and cancelled the order, which as per their policy meant that I was due a full refund. However, after three days of back and forth emails they still hadn’t cancelled, they then shipped the order despite having plenty of time not to. Eventually, they tried getting me to accept a 75% refund and I declined. To their credit they did give me a full refund after I pointed out the delay in cancelling my order was 100% their fault. As the shipment was already sent they said that it was up to me whether I kept or returned the items, which I think is a strong indication on how worthless this jewellery actually is.
The items came and the quality of the jewellery is appalling. I’m sure some of this is plastic rather than metal. I honestly wouldn’t have spent more than £5 on it.

Avoid at all costs! Do not fall for the sob story!

This is a scam which makes out they are in Birmingham the UK but in fact are in China. They are selling a load of shit making out it's a husband and wife business and the husband has died and the wife is shutting the business down.

A scam . Not as advertised. Cheap products , one also had a battery part missing. Would have given zero star rating if possible. A lesson learnt!!
