This company is in China not London, please do not be misled, purchased an item which did not fit and was offered a part refund which I have been chasing for over a month. I see the identical item on other Chinese sights for 1/4 of the price, where you can return for a full refund. I was really fooled by this company, I thought it was in London UK and I was paying for something unique. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is a Chinese company even though they pretend to be UK.
Poor quality, make it virtually impossible to return goods offer you a percentage refund to keep the item (of which is so poor you wouldn’t even wear in the house) or return at your own expense to china when teceived they will then refund. After 15days still haven’t received any money even though they say the refund has been raised.

Advertised as uk based with free Royal Mail shipping but actually china.

Long shipping. Poor quality items. Returning is a nightmare and costs £30 postage back to china at your cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This company has a return policy, which paraphrased says you need our permission to return your purchase, we can ask you to do anything to get that permission. If we allow you to return it, you will pay the full costs. We will then decide whether to pay you or not. Good luck with that.
