Issues with logging in and no help at all

WORSTE CUSTOMER SERY!!
Do not pay for this site!!! They took my Annual Fee Payment, changed their website and now I cannot access my account. I have attempted to call (customer service line is disconnected). I have been emailing them for over three weeks (automatic response received) and still have not received a resolution. No one from customer service has reached out. CEUFAST.com has the WORSTE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I am giving 1 star because the change from your old website to the new platform caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. I did not receive any prior notice or email about this change, and as of today, all my certificates have still not been transferred to the new platform. This has delayed my NCLEX requirements.

Please stay away from this website. I have used this service for 7 years without an issue, but the current management is completely unresponsive.

After paying for a subscription, the dashboard fails to initialize, and attempting to launch any course results in the error: 'We are unable to find this course.' I have spent 4 days trying to resolve this with support. They repeatedly send automated or unhelpful emails stating the issue is fixed when it is not, and there is no option to speak with someone by phone. Since the service paid for is entirely non-functional. At this point, i just want my money back

they changed their website a few days after I bought the subscription. When I tried to log back in, it said I do not have an active subscription. I had to purchase another subscription just so I could get my CEU's done on time. It's not worth it buying a cheaper option. I will be willing to pay a little extra to go through CE broker. when I tried to reach out to support for one of them to be refunded, I have not gotten a response.

Had to submit my own CEUs to the board, luckily they were accepted in time for renewal. Their support line hung up on me

I cannot access my previously obtained certificates, and I cannot take anymore classes. I recommended this to friends and no one has been able to access classes. This appears to be a scam and I plan on reporting this company.

I am currently locked out of the platform and I just paid for and gained access on July 20, 2026. It never warned it would be updating the site. I only had access for about 5 days despite I paid for access for the year. I have email and called leaving multiple messages with no response. It keeps prompting to pay again. So unfair and highly unprofessional. Super disappointed

They changed their website overnight and now I am unable to continue my courses. The transcripts are not showing up, I can’t take a test. Their communication is extremely poor and I have asked for a refund. Every response I get is saying to change my password over and over. Now I have to find another website to complete my requirements and pay out extra money. What a disappointment. Apparently the CEO Julia, who is a RN doesn't mind ripping off working nurses who work hard for their money with her fraudulent website.

I paid for a subscription, have the receipt, signed in but when I tried to log in, I wasn’t able to, my purchase is now no longer found, and I had to reset my password. My receipt number is #1552598. I was wanting to get in and start but this has been frustrating to say the least.

I’m trying to complete my CEUs. I purchased a subscription in June 2026. I go to the site today and it says my account is not active. At the top it says “pardon our progress”. That’s it! I had to find out they’re doing a migration and courses should’ve been completed by July 23rd by doing a freaking search online! They sent NO email stating/warning this. There is NO info on their website other than “pardon our progress” but they sure took my $39 lickety split. 🙄 I sent them an email requesting access. Maybe they’ll explain what the heck they’re doing over there. 😡 Let’s see how long it takes them to respond. Looks like I may have to spend more money to get these CEUs done.

Been working on My CEU since 7-17-26 on CEUFast. But this morning while doing a CEU class the program kicked me out and told me to sign in again. I tried and it said bad PW, which it wasn’t! Had them send a email to update PW. Never got email! Tried about 10 times today! Still got no help. No Customer service phone number to call either all online that’s it! But u can send them a email! Great ! Sent that this morning and have still NOT heard back from anyone to help! Guess I will have to pay again the $39.99 annual fee! Which for me will be $80 annual fee to get my CEU done ugh

I am down to 4 hours of my CEUs and can't log in, and can't get customer service to respond, so any money I might have saved will go out the window as I will have to purchase another plan from another company to finish my CEUs in time for my license renewal.

It was my first time renewing my USRN license, and honestly, I was worried about how to start earning my Continuing Education (CE) hours. Fortunately, I was directed to CEUfast, and it made the entire process simple, smooth, and stress-free.

The courses were easy to access, the certificates were available immediately after completion, and the website was very user-friendly. Thank you for making my license renewal experience so much easier. I'm truly grateful and feel fortunate to have found CEUfast. I highly recommend it to any nurse looking for a reliable and convenient CE provider.

Good choices of classes for RNs, easy to navigate the website. Good value for money.

Boring. Not easy to navigate. Too much reading. More videos and shorter reading would be great. Most of the content we already know. It’s mostly for refreshers.
