The company dropships from China. Your clothes will arrive months later, smelling weird and of awful quality. They refuse to accept returns to any UK address, and try and give you a goodwill refund of 20% of your order. The emails feel AI written and you should genuinely avoid at all costs. If you have ordered from them dispute with your bank ASAP.

I would not recommend buying from this company. Their return policy is extremely poor, and the quality of the item I received was very disappointing—it was paper-thin and not as expected.

Unfortunately, I have lost money as a result of this purchase. Although the company accepts returns, customers are required to pay for return shipping. Because the return address is in China and the parcel must be sent with tracked shipping, the cost of returning the item is very high. Even after paying these significant shipping costs, there is no guarantee that you will receive a full refund.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I ordered two of the same dresses just different sizes for a wedding. Not sure why they advertise being in London, it was delivered from China about two weeks after purchase.

The package was basically screwed up, the dress were made out of cheap fabric, creased like anything, zip nearly broke whilst trying to zip up.

Can i return? It's been painful and still haven't been able too, they forget to mention that your have to pay £40 odd pounds to send back all the way to China. When trying to create a collection from DPD, Parcel Force their address wasn’t showing, then I needed a number which they on multiple occasions deny.

It’s just a joke lol, do not waste your money or time. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

So poor! The dress was shipped so late that it didn't arrive in time for my daughters prom and when it did, it was awful. They will not offer me a full refund even though the dress took over a month to arrive. Don't be fooled or tempted!!

This business says ‘Cevira London’, if not on the website then when you contact them. It is a fake Chinese business.
The dress i ordered was almost £40 and thats with 50% reduction! The dress looked gorgeous on the model. Clearly all was fake and lies.
The dress arrived late, with the tracking not working as well. As a university student, looking for a dress for a family wedding is difficult due to the expense of dressed now. £40 was a lot to spend on a dress but compared to everything else it looked good, until it arrived.
The dress feels like paper. It is a terrible material, unwearable, doesn’t fit the size it says and doesn’t look how it was portrayed on the photos. The dress looked completely different and fitted differently to how it was shown. And with the horrible material used i was not going to wear this.
So i tried to return this dress. They first offered me 3 options.
Option 1 was to send the dress back to them and get a full refund, however the return address was in China and i had to pay for the return which cost a fortune, almost as much as the dress.
Option 2 was to keep the item with a 15% refund, which 15% was nothing compared to the price of the dress.
Option 3 was for them to send me a replacement item for free however i had to pay shipping. Once again an extra cost for another bad quality dress.
So i pushed and said this isn’t good enough.
Eventually, they offered a 20% refund and to keep the dress, i pushed again.
Then 25% refund and to keep the dress. Their last offer was a 30% refund and to keep the dress and after all the emails back and forth, they said this was their last offer. Still not good enough. 30% of a £40 dress is £12. Nothing compared to what the dress cost originally especially considering how bad quality the dress was.
I had to eventually accept this 30% refund, after a week of back and forth with the customer service team via email. I needed the money as a student and had no other choice as returning the dress was too expensive.
I haven’t yet received the refund as they have not replied to the email i sent yesterday afternoon.
A terrible experience with a terrible company. I will never use this website again and i wouldn’t recommend anyone uses this company in future.
I have looked at the reviews on their website, clearly they’re all fake. They say how amazing the dresses are, how good quality they are, but clearly they have made these reviews up. The advertisement is completely fake. The whole company is a scam.
Please stay away from this website!

The company that claims to be in the UK, makes the refund impossible requiring sending the items back to china! Returns policy did not state anything about sending to china! Definitely never gonna buy from there again!!!

Absolute scammers. What they send bears little resemblance to what they advertise. This is a company based in China, so while you can return it is at your cost, which is prohibitive on a £40 item.
Postage 12 days rather than 2-3.
Material of item - lies - like cheap pyjama polyester rather than duchess satin
No volume from ‘layers of tulle’
No structure from boning
Poorly cut
No pockets
Shame I can’t add pics
I could go on. They know that ultimately people won’t bother to send back as it’s too costly, so will offer discount, but this company needs to be shut down as they are complete scammers.
Buyer beware.
