Wish I could give 0 stars, what a scam lot these are. My daughter ordered a dress from these cowboys on the 5th June 2026 (4-10 business days delivery by the way!!)
it is still at their London cargo depot today 27th June 2026. The dress was for my daughters school leavers ball, which is this Tuesday coming. I have sent umpteen emails and received basically the same reply from "Emma" I can see on here that other people have received the same. They are now saying it is in transit which is total lies and they cannot cancel or refund until we receive the dress. I know all about their bloody refund policy and the fact they charge you to return the address. Avoid like the plague, I am reporting them to Trading Standards and unless they come back to me with a refund I will be starting legal procedures, they cannot be allowed to keep getting away with this.

don't buy anything the quality is bad and when you asked for a refund because the dress is too small they do not give a refund they offer you 10% off otherwise you need to pay 20-30 pounds to get the refund!! totally scam do not buy anything !!!!

The worst service ever. I wanted to return an order, they kept responding but ignoring what I had said and offering me increased % of “compensation” up to 20%, claiming it would cost me more to return it. My order was over £100!! The site states the location is London, yet I was given a man’s address in China.

Also I left a negative review in the site - its nowhere to be seen, while they claim to have 5/5 genuine reviews!

Do not buy from this site!

Scam of a company, tried to ask for a refund due to dress being poor quality and incorrect size and they won’t return me my money. Avoid at all costs. I will be taking legal action

Please use a credit card when ordering from this site so you get a full refund!

My order never even turned up and the tracking was shocking, weird chinese website - should have checked the trustpilot page first lol

The quality of the dress bought was very poor not at all like the photos. The fabric was transparent.
When requesting a refund, we were only offered 10% of the original cost.
Also The dress took 2 weeks to be delivered.
Do not buy from this company.

The dress itself is lovely and the quality is better than I expected, although the material is slightly different from what it looked like in the photos. However, my overall experience was disappointing.

I placed my order on 24 May, and it didn't arrive until 18 June, almost a month later. During that time, there were no useful tracking updates. I contacted customer service twice to ask for an estimated shipping date, but the replies were very vague and didn't answer my question. I was simply told it would arrive "very soon," which wasn't very helpful.

The biggest issue was that I ordered the dress in red, but it arrived in black. Throughout the waiting period and even in the review request emails, the order was still shown as the red dress, so I wasn't expecting to receive a different colour.

The dress itself is nice, but the long delivery time, unclear communication, and receiving the wrong colour made the overall experience disappointing.

Zero stars if possible. This company will take your money and do everything not to give it back. I placed an order with them which never came, I followed up and they informed me it hadn’t even been sent out over 2 weeks after ordering. When asking for a refund they went every way they could around accepting my request for one. Please don’t waste your time or money on them. You will be out of pocket. This matter is now being raised legally.

I found this company through Tik Tok socials. The dresses looked stunning so thats what drew me to it. It took nearly 3 weeks for my dress to come. When it arrived, it was the wrong dress and size! Now, i had to buy another dress elsewhere.. Customer service offered me 10% only. The costs to return would have been €20/30- which is ridiculous! From these other reviews, it seems like they are saying it to everyone. Do NOT order from here! Not worth the headache.

Shocking , if I could rate it a 0 I would , ordered a dress, took weeks to come, when it finally did it was a completely different dress to what I ordered , they offered me a 10% refund and then a 15% refund which they “dont normally do” but judging by these other reviews, they say this to everyone , so for an £80 dress and THEY sent the wrong dress , they are offering me £8 and £12 back - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!

DON NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Cheap quality dresses and nothing like the videos promoting them. Offered me a 10% refund when I asked for a full refund to save me sending it back as that will cost £20-£30. Seems that’s the same thing they say to everyone.

seen this company on social media thought it was trustworthy as the promoting videos seemed real to me. ordered my dress at the beginning of june still hasn’t come !! tried to get in contact with customer service. unsuccessful. looking at these reviews i can see i’ve been scammed 100% need the dress for this friday and despite they saying it delivers in 4-10 business days it very much lied. please don’t get fooled by how desirable the discounts are like how i did its all part of the scam !!! my dress claimed to be £90 brought down to £44. knew it was to good to be true and i won’t even be able to get my money back. not happy at all !!!

I spent £80.91 on two dresses from this company, both ordered in size Large. Their own size chart says a Large should fit a UK 12–14. I am a small UK size 12, yet both dresses did not fit properly and one would not zip up at all.

It has taken a full week of back and forth with customer service just to be offered a 20% refund — around £16.18 — meaning I would still be left paying over £64 for dresses that do not fit as advertised.

The other option was to return them to China at my own cost, with the refund process potentially taking a month or more. Their website says returns are at the customer’s expense, but it does not clearly warn customers that the return address may be international or that the process could be this costly and difficult.

I trusted their size chart, spent £80.91, and have wasted time and energy chasing a fair resolution that I will never get back. I have been left with dresses I cannot wear, a tiny refund offer, or an expensive international return. Honestly, I feel completely let down and would strongly warn others to be very cautious before ordering.

As everybody has said below dreadful and appalling company awful customer service product received was a poor quality also very small fitting despite being a large. They have offered me a 10% refund on a £45 dress and said it will cost me 20 and £30 to return and this could take up to one month just wish I had checked reviews before ordering do not use this company

The dress isn’t as advertised and they only offer a 10% refund. On top of that when I asked for a different size exchange as I could maybe do something with it I was asked to pay £12 for shipping. They are sending shein quality dresses at high prices and advertising high end dresses in there website and tiktok. Don’t bother.

I asked for a refund on a nearly £50 dress. I got an email back a few hours later saying im able to keep the dress but they will offer me a 10% refund on the full price( £5) for someone who is full time in education and only works part-time, £50 is alot of money, especially whilst being on minimum wage. This dress was for my prom which im absolutley gutted about. Some of us are unable to afford big boujie prom dresses and this dress came with a rip in it. Im honestly more than upset. I will never buy from this company again.

All the replies are AI , from a girl called Emma, replying every hour of the night or every day and the way it’s wrote you can tell it’s ai, every single email says ‘we are here to help you please explain your reason’ even though you’ve explained 5 times before. Told me it would be £30 to return. I asked for the return policy in which I was sent a link which was a fake link again, I’ve since reported this company horrendous service , clearly a fake account DO NOT WASTE your money. Shocking.

SCAM COMPANY. AVOID. If I could give this company a 0 I would. Absolutely disgusting from start to finish. I requested the name of the courier multiple times via email as I was unsure where to enter the tracking number. Every time I asked I was ignored and simply told that the product was good quality and would be with me soon. Lies on both counts. It took 2 weeks to get to me and when it did the quality was ridiculous for the price I genuinely couldn’t believe it, particularly as their social media campaigns are so luxe. Honestly it was worse quality than Temu. On top of all that you cannot get a refund so don’t even bother trying the emails you recieve are all AI/bot style which don’t even acknowledge what you are saying.

Awful quality, offer 10% refund as compensation. It says Valentina London but cost £20/30 shipping cost.. what a scam company , Do Not Buy.. no labels in garments.. learnt a big lesson , go to reputable companies
