Received the black zip up hoody yesterday and it is not a 2x more like a large and the material and ZIpper and doesnt look like the one that I had ordered. It is not what I was looking for. The red pull over was okay but not the black one.

Ordered a Navy hat on 2/24 for my veteran friend for his birthday and still have not received it. I was stupid enough to pay 26.23 and included a tip. Have not got a response from this company.
Tracking shows it's sitting in Linden NJ for days. Do not deal with this ripoff company.

I made a mistake on my first order and selected the wrong color. I texted back requesting a change. Within an hour I received a reply that the color was changed per my request. Great organization to do business with.

It was an easy process on ordering. I bought this for my boyfriend for Father's Day

We ordered a t-shirt from them at a cost of $26 + shipping. The shirt came with a misspelling on the front. We contacted their customer support requesting a corrected spelling on a shirt, and we would return the faulty item.
We received their response giving us two options: Option 1 - We pay $10 for shipping and they would send a replacement shirt. Option 2 - They give us a refund for $3 and we keep the shirt. Ridiculous!

We countered with: Option 1 - Send a new, corrected shirt and they pay shipping. Option 2 - Give us a full refund of $26. If they want the faulty shirt back, they need to pay shipping for the return.

We should have read the reviews on this company before placing any order.

AN UPDATE:
We received the corrected shirt. The company came through, and they did not ask to have original shirt back. I won’t change my review because I would have to expected the company to respond responsibly without me making obvious expectations in the beginning!

I have not received my order and it’s been weeks!

Picking the item I was interested and it was easy to pick the color and the size. Check out was good. Only thing is that’s I got a email this morning asking me to complete my order. This afternoon another email came to me for placing my order. Do not I’m wondering where is my package!!

Very nice product & material. I would recommend going up an extra size because their products run kind of small. Or at least the hoodie I ordered did. I'm waiting for 3 more.

I love the way you keep the customers up on the tracking is jogging suit was nice the material was good and I would definitely shop with y'all again you guys were great thank you very much

The product and the price was great and the swiftness at check out was great as well.
