I have a unique property with non-standard construction, which made getting a mortgage incredibly difficult. I approached three different brokers before finding this company; some of them just gave up and left, and others tried but couldn't get it done.

He focused on building a relationship and finding a way forward when no one else could. It is clear that for him, it’s about helping people and providing the best product possible, no matter how complex the situation. I will use CFP Group again and again. This was the second time I have received a faultless service. I was refused by 20 separate lenders and CFP got approved within days. My second application was a very high value super car that was approved within days with minimal fuss and only 2 documents requested.

Getting successful finance can be very difficult with lots of paperwork but this was as seamless and effortless as anything.

I can not recommend high enough.

I used CFP to get a commercial mortgage on a property I was renting. George was very helpful from beginning to end. He was in contact with me and the back regularly and kept the ball rolling. I would recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
