I have no art skills

Supplied with a basic layout from a person that has artistic no capability (me), their first design was spot on!

Haha, thank you Matt!

It's never a problem, we're used to seeing plenty of hastily-drawn designs on a napkin or piece of paper. Even if we have to clarify a few things from your drawing, we'll make sure your coins come out looking great!

Issues and Resolutions...

Unfortunately, the processing of my order had a few issues, however the management was extremely proactive in addressing the problems and ultimately provided a most satisfactory response. Their handling of the situation turned what could have been a significantly negative experience into one that both regained my trust and kept me as a customer. Kudos to the company and their leadership.

I love the fact the artist works with you to get your design just right for free. Other companies charge up to $25 each time the artist provides you with an image. Their customer service department is polite and speedy. Each coin come is a nice individual case.
