The flexibility to create my own design for my family bowling tournament made all the difference in choosing this company. The prompt response to my emails were answered quickly, The customer service from the beginning to the end was excellent . The pins were delivered as promised within their 3 week timeframe. The pins themselves turned out fantastic. The cost of the pins were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and I'm really excited about creating next years pins already.

The Customer PIns now team was terrific. Very rapidly responsive. The affirmed that they routinely manufacture magnetically attached pins -- avoiding pins that remain in some fabrics and also less likely to "rotate" that conventional single-pin clasp arrangements.
They worked with our concept artwork and iterated with us in a friendly, responsive, iterative manner as we double-checked to make sure we mutually understood the design details.
They produced the pins and delivered them a fews days earlier than we had asked for. The final pins look GREAT and have received compliments from all who have seen them so far.
