当該企業による記述
Challengermode is a Swedish technology company founded in 2014, with the mission to make esports truly accessible for gamers. We strongly believe that every player on Challengermode has the potential to go from challenger to champion. Today we're building a platform that provides the fundamental online esports infrastructure for all relevant stakeholders within the ecosystem. With 2.5billion people world-wide playing computer games and hundreds of millions of people watching professional esports tournaments monthly, Challengermode's platform – which has hosted millions of competitions – is becoming the place for regular gamers to congregate, practice or compete in esports.
On Challengermode, there’s a game for everyone. We offer tournaments in Free Fire, VALORANT, PUBG, League of Legends, CSGO and many other games. Our best-in-class tech automates complex tournament infrastructure through game integrations and allows gamers to easily play in competitions, tournaments, and leagues across any device or console while enabling community building and monetization at scale for organizers of all kinds.

Bought a coaching session
Bought a coaching session of 14€, the coach never replied, I opened a dispute and asked for my money back, only got 11€ because of "fees". Fk you I spent 14 I want ALL of my money back if the coach disappeared!!
Total scam, they make money off of fees.

Hi Christopher!
We're very sorry to hear you had such an unfortunate experience with the coach.
You get a full refund on the listing that you buy, i.e the full €14.
However, depending on what payment method you used to transfer the money to/from your Challengermode, there will be a fee. In this case, PayPal's fee for withdrawing your money to your PayPal account would result in you only getting a total of €11 out from the platform again.
The money you pay for the transaction fee does not end up with us, but with the payment provider.
In addition, if you could provide us with your Challengermode username, or a link to the coach listing - we could look into it and have the listing removed if it's inactive or no longer legitimate.
Best regards,
Obrigado César e Challengermode!

Desde já agradeço por vocês estarem trazendo uma ajuda para comunidade de games! 😎🎮

Hi Always GG!
We're sorry to hear you've run into server issues, may I ask what game you have been playing and in what region?
We always look to improve the player experience and uphold a high competetive integrity on our platform, so any feedback is much appreciated!
We offer live support service with instant replies for CM Pro members - otherwise replies can take up to 2 hours, all messages are replied to within 24 hours however.
Do note that tournament administration is done by the organizers and usually through the "Contact Admin" button that you can find in their Spaces and tournaments.
Best regards,

I would strongly advise against playing on this site the only thing you can expect after buying premium to be able to play 1v1 tournaments for money is a lot of cheaters who are not banned because the site probably just playin on those cheaters accounts. reports are never checked support is not professional so I say it's just a scam

Hi Andrew!
We're very sorry to hear you've played against cheaters.
We're working hard to combat cheaters every day, and we have lots of anti-cheat measures on the platform.
If you could provide us with your Challengermode Username, and the cheaters - we'd love to look into it further.
And I assure you, the staff on Challengermode, is not playing on any cheater accounts. Any staff members have an orange "Admin" badge on their profile.
Best regards,

Hi Rafaela!
We're very sorry to hear your Steam account has been compromised.
Playing on Challengermode and connecting game accounts is 100% safe, it sounds as if you have stumbled upon a phishing site that impersonates Challengermode in order to steal game accounts, such as your Steam Account.
When you play on Challengermode, make sure the website address starts with "https://www.challengermode.com/.."
We would greatly appreciate your help tracking down that site in order to have it taken down.
Best regards,

I paid 10$ for a tournament entry and won the first round to advance. Due to a technical issue on their side i got disqualified for not pressing ready in a lobby that didn't exist. When i contacted the support and provided proof they saw the message but never answered.

Could you please provide us with your Challengermode Username and which tournament you participated in?
If you were unable to participate but payed for the tournament, we would ofcourse like to sort out the situation so that those money were not wasted for you.
Our support replies within 24 hours, unless you have Challengermode Pro which provides instant support via Live Chat.

Email Verification Never Happened
I am trying to verify my email for like 5 months now. Their answer is that its a known issue and they are working on it. They literally do not care and want just to skip giving the 1 euro that each player was promised. These guys deserve the 1 star from end to finish

Hi odycaptain!
Of course we care, and as you're mentioning the 1 Euro - I guess it has to do with the referral program?
Could you please provide us with your Challengermode Username and we'll look into the issue regarding your email and the verificiation process!
Best regards,
Unprofessional support and now i know that is a scam
Always trying to contact them through emails wont get any response whatsoever. They are unprofessional, and even asks you to pay money to get a better support experience(scam).
I have been trying to solve out the withdrawal problem for months no but there is no one to help me out with it .Never received any answer from them . Stay away they wont give you your money !!!

Hi Aldrin!
I'm sorry we haven't been able to sort out whatever withdrawal issue you might have run into.
Do note that region restrictons and sanctions put in place by political reasons are outside of our boundries however, some payment methods might be restricted in regions today - that were not 6 months ago for example.
If you have issues with one payment method, I'd recommend trying a different one.
Could you please provide us with your Challengermode Username?
We will then be able to look into and sort out your withdrawal issue in detail!
Best regards,

We hope to you'll consider coming back, and we'll do our best to make sure your experience is hacker-free!
