Posted rental property advertisement, for free hardly any leads, took MB Gold subscription and 95-99% are fake leads. MB CSC agents are very rude as well. When there is issue, neither CSC nor any email works. There is no escalation mechanism either. They tried all possible ways not to talk to any agent. Chatbot only gives pre-recorded responses, no option to chat with live agent. Even after 2 months of posting the ad, not even a single lead converted as tenant. Never go with MagicBricks

Request not to take paid plans from Magicbricks . This is clearly a scam
Once you paid them money, they will not bother to speak to you. They will say the property is outside city limit and not perform photo shoot.
They just bundled your pic as a video and upload

Magic bricks is useless site

i only get trash from Magicbricks . 90% of interested parties say they have not shown interest in the particular property but in the same area.

My flat in behala is rented long back. i have not advertised but still i get 100 emails a month.

And there are trash emails everyday .

The day I sell my flat, the first thing I will block Magicbricks as a spam email sender.

On my filing details for res property sale, Magic Bricks website offered to 3 options free/ diamond rs.4400 / platinum rs. 4700 with paid options recommended for good response. I'm directed to & paid for diamond as appeared a reasonable amount. Immediately I get calls fm them asking to DL their app. On doing so the caller guides me to option upgrade to far expensive charges starting 12000 odd upwards if I need a response specific to my catagory. Why was this all not clear fm first go ? Then sm e mails where some buyer names but their phones window do not open. Again here being goaded to opt fr expensive option more money. Means the first amount of Rs. 4400 wasted .It's definitely a scam 😠

they provided 40 owner contact credits.
a lot of credits are automatically being used.
no proper response from support team.
out of 40, now showing only 12 credits are available.
and only 3 owner properties are available.

owners posted long back but magic bricks keep auto posting again and again just for visibility.
it shows like posted 2-3 weeks back but actually very old listings.
many owners not even using magic bricks now or deleted long back.
numbers are correct but when calling unit already sold or not available.
full of fake and old listings they just repost to show more options.
totally waste of money and time dont take this.
all old listing they are reposting to showcase they have a lot of listing

If I had Zero star option, I would have given that. Absolutely pathetic errorneous website. Junk mail transmission. Data vanishes. At times you can see, next time gone. There IT systems are totally screwed up. It's a magic when it works

Magicbricks is a scam. Once you start using the site or app you start getting calls to pay to avail their premium services. Once you make the payment, whoosh, they are gone. No response to messages or calls, fake numbers an no appropriate properties available. They are just frauds. Beware!

Pathetic Services. When you show interest in a property, they send 10 emails suggesting similar properties. Not one agent has showed any property. We call the agents and they say they will call back but never do. All that you get is emails flooding your inbox even if you unsubscribe.

the customer support is a total shame, I was told the payment got failed any payment will be refunded, So I paid again, Now the customer service guys says I bought the subscription twice , they are not even able to raise a ticket , now they are redirecting to chabot which doesnot work?

Absolute waste of time. MagicBricks is hands down the most useless property platform I have ever had the misfortune of using. Fake listings and an app that feels like it was built with zero quality checks. Hours of my life I will never get back.

But the crown jewel of their incompetence? The email-to-app link integration. It is shockingly, embarrassingly broken. Every property alert they spam you with contains links that either dump you on the homepage, throw a blank screen, or open some random unrelated listing. You click, you get nothing useful. You click again, same result. The entire point of sending property alerts is so users can VIEW THAT PROPERTY — and MagicBricks cannot even get that right. This is not a bug. This is a complete failure of basic product thinking.

I didn't lose money — I lost something worse: hours of my time chasing dead links and outdated listings. Time is the one thing you can't get back, and MagicBricks will drain it without a second thought. Steer clear. Use 99acres, Housing, or literally anything else. MagicBricks is broken at its core and nobody there seems to care about fixing it.

One of the waste customer service. They never respond after payment is done for subscription. Initially they asked to pay 3700 for titanium subscription but now again they are asking to pay another 4700 for titanium subscription and choose to cancel atleast and they are not allowing me to do that it seems.

It is a total sham. The moment you register on their site dozens of poeple from Magicbricks start calling you incessantly- selling some kind of premium package or the other. Once you are suckered into buying a premium package, the calls stop. NIL. ZILCH. Not one person from Magicbricks will call, nobody responds. Your ad does not generate any responses, and you money disappears into space! This is a total SCAM!!

I am writing this complaint to formally escalate my serious dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company.

Ego issues between online sales team members are causing me lose my expected results and business is getting affected.

I have taken 2 Titanium listing for two properties. On my dashboard, what I see is totally surprising and complete nonsense.

I have taken package from an executive. Another guy contacted me for the same business. Now I am not sure who's blocking the package from getting expected results.

When I try to manage my subscriptions, I can see a standard listing with order ID 66905137 valid till March 2nd.

Find out it from your side and take strict action against them for playing with customers and not giving any services.

Check the status of packages. It's still showing pending and asking for payment to see leads.

Despite repeated assurances from your sales team regarding quality leads, the actual service delivered has been extremely disappointing and far below professional standards.

Key Issues Faced:
Lack of Support After Payment Once payment was completed, follow-up support and responsiveness dropped drastically. Sales team is non responsive

No Measurable Return on Investment
Despite significant payment, there has been negligible business output.

Posted my property for rent. No response
Paid for a package which assured adverts, photoshoot and customer service....i kept following up and giving my feedback - failed again.
Despite false assurances from customer service team and lead (Ms Bhawna) no one took any action. Past 48 hours I am still asking for the deliverables as per the purchased package.
You cannot expect them to refund your package cost, but you cannot also expect them to give any service despite paying. The only calls you may receive is for paying extra and upgrading the package !!!

Disgusting company and website. No customer can see number or contact the owner, log in is impossible for NRI's.

Magic Bricks is a fraud company and cheating house owners continuously.
I purchased their Titanium Pro order no:66844293 for listing subscription of my villa on 12th february 2026 and they sent the invoice on 14th february after two days of continuous follow up.
The sales man jitesh Sharma, tel number 93131 76067 disappeared after getting the payment and their toll free number 01206866600 is handled by some spurious personnel and they always disconnect the call when I asked about my villa listing details.
Magic Bricks is a non professional = scrap company and it is cheating many customers after I enquired about the company status in website blog.
Iam considering legal action against this firm and already consulted to my advocate.
My request to all public , better not to go for any dealing with this fraud company as they are a mafia group engaged in fraud dealings.

Worst company ever. Even after begging every single employee to please stop calling me they keep making new people call me from new numbers. This is straight up harassment! First I said politely then I even scolded the people for irritating me still the shameless people keep on calling. I blocked so many numbers still they haven't stopped.

Magicbrick is completely fraud. please dont waste your money in buting their packages. i purchased package from them for my shop in gurgaon sector 85. its total waste of money. their customer care team dont know how to talk. They will give you offers like sir aapko 5000rs wala package lena tha 3000 wala kyon liya aapne. simple fraud

Magic Brick is absolutely cheating people... useless app, no proper listing, no support, total fake. please dont go with them. whatever the contact number they provide, no one will provide proper answer. kind of scam. Be aware. If I give my contact number in their app to login, will get OTP 3 digit.. app will say Invalid otp seems it accepts only 4 digit. Complained many time but no response from anyone and Sindu who is POC for MB. They cheated my money 5600/-.
