I honestly had the best service and help from Ben at Chamelo. Ben went above and beyond to help me with my first time mortgage and made me feel very comfortable even though it was all new to me. Pete really was fantastic with helping us to remortgage. The way that explained to us, all of our options and minimised the fear of mortgage related ‘jargon’, was really appreciated. He made sure through every step of the way that we knew what was happening & what our next steps were. Ben has helped and advised on our last couple of times we have had to renew mortgage deals, the process was lengthy and drawn out due to the provider but Ben kept us upto date at every point, explained everything in detail, chased answers without being prompted and saved us money

Both Pete and Ben couldn’t have better service whilst I was moving into my first property. From start to finish, they kept me informed and made the entire process as smooth as possible.
