Champion Timber レビュー 

Our order came in wrong size of timber. Company agreed to change it and also do the collection & delivery from our garage. This was agreed with Kevin (a manager) and reconfirmed a day before delivery. When the driver came today, he initially refused to do what was agreed. I had to plead him to do that, and do the lifting / shifting of timbers with him. He still did that with a complaining tone and words were "I am not your labourer." Getting a wrong item isnt our fault. And we took pain to put all that timber in our garage only to realise it wasnt the correct one. Hence, after the companyt happily agreed to help deliver it to garage - their driver wasnt happy to do it. Not something I was prepared for - leaving my toddler alone in the house only to help the driver without which he flatly refused to fulfil the order

I've always had a good service from these guys. They're definitely the place to go for timber!

The feather edge capping you sent me is too bendy. The difference from one end to the other is 8cm. I understand wood bends, but this develops with time, you shouldn'tsell something already like that. You should have a better quality control to not to sell something already so bendy.

Also, the top has a big chunk that came off. Again, I understand it's wood and it will happen eventually, but how can you sell something already like that? I'm happy to use some wood filler or to sand it in case there are small imperfections, but the hole on this product is beyond repair.

It's so disheartening, because I bought all the other products just to make enough to have it delivered, as my car can't transport a 3m long piece of wood.

I can't use the product and I would like to have it replaced. I've emailed you 36h ago and I didn't get any replies yet.

Update on 15th August: after I have complained here they have replied my email and have replaced the item, reason why I'm changing from 1 star to 3.

Also quality of timber was good (it was stored inside which is a big plus) and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.

Customer service excellent all round (New Malden and Chessington).The product I ordered turned out to be not what I expected (decking pedestals too large) but customer service were very helpful and suggested another supplier for me. The return of the items was easy (didn't have to go to same branch), particularly because the agent who gave me the items initially suggested it would be a good idea for me to keep receipt (I wasn't going to bother)

i visited champion timber in bromley, i found the service excellent, staff were really helpfull the advised me and cut timber to the size i wanted they then arranged for the timber to be delieved on the time and date arranged first class service i will be using them again and i strongly reccomend them .

The timber that turned up was really good quality and it was a very reasonable price.

Wrapped timber unusable and cannot even plane it.
Had wrong size, ordering website poor quality. delivery service poor unhelpfull.
Worst experience. And timber unfit for framing. Even plasterboard were damaged and not flat. Hellish experience.
Wasted my time and money.
