Thanks a lot for delivering the bike safe, solid and on time. I am really happy with the bike. I have been using it everyday since I bought it riding for atleast 10 KM a day. I have named the bike 'Urul' which means to roll or a vehicle with wheel(s) in my language Tamil. I really love the design, the black and brown leather colour combination and the paint work. Urul is light weight, rides smooth and no issues so far. The components used feels solid and of high quality. 3 speed hub is doing the job very well, easier and simpler to use. However if the bike had the option for S.Archer 5 or 8 speed hub I would have gone for that.

The only downside that I have is the handle bar height. It is too low for my body frame and I was thinking it is just a matter of getting used to but looks like I have to definitely raise the height a bit for comfort. Right now my arms start to pain in 15 to 20 minutes of ride. Instead of a straight stem, a positive angle stem would have made it more comfortable to ride. Also the saddle could have been a bit wider and soft but manageable, no big complaints. Otherwise I very happy for what I have purchased from chappelli.

Amazing Value for money!

After searching the market high and low for the perfect bike, I decided to give Chappelli a go after the great success of my partners bike also from them. Two weeks into riding my new bike and I couldn’t be happier! No detail was spared or overlooked when making these great little bikes! From the lightweight frame with its classic styling, to detailing on the bars and cranks which have proven strong and sturdy! If you want an affordable, everyday bike, that looks above and beyond, these are for you!!!!

Love cruising around on the new bike. Great build and looks and rides amazingly. First class customer service from Marc too who always got back to me really quick and very helpful advice.

I didn't get the automated "bike has been shipped email" but the follow up was smooth and quick. All things considered it made it from Perth to ACT just over a week.

Beautiful bike, nice to ride

The bike was delivered one week after I placed the order. The bike was in perfect conditions and very easy to assemble.

Received the bike in less than a week.
It took about 40 minutes to assemble and complete any adjustments.
The bike is comfortable and easy to ride, with light steering that makes it easy to manoeuvre through traffic.

I absolutely love my chappelli!!! It rides with ease and i can pick it up and carry it with my pinky! I feel confident riding it anywhere. Money for value and style, and not to mention a great and knowledgeable service. If I had a dollar for every compliment the bike got, I'd be a gazillionaire.

I brought a Chappelli Single Gear Vintage bike which is amazing. Unfortunately the rims I received were plain black and not the yellow walling suggested during the sale and assembly is not simple if you do not have prior bicycle knowledge. I brought the bike on the Monday and received it to my work address the following Tuesday before midday. Great shipping service and quality of bike is impressive.

Really happy with my purchase... got a modern single speed as a commuter, way more attention to detail than other competing product that costs 20% more... fantastic value.
