Like others before me have described, this is a scam. The website went down, emails bounced back… but the interesting thing is that upon receiving the shoes I got an email from another business called Bella Peart. I recommend you try emailing them instead.
Either way, I reported this with my bank and will report as a fraudulent business to Police.
It is a scam. The company either does not exist or is just there to befraud people. Had the same experience as others. Neither website nor email are working when I tried to return items.
This is a scam. Ordered my dress, arrived damaged. Website no longer active so cannot access returns info, and the email address I sent to is bouncing back. Avoid. Will be reporting them.
Ordered a dress for £60. No longer needed the dress so I cancelled my order and requested a refund. Charlotte Peart has refunded me 1 pence. Poor communication, ignoring my emails regarding this.
I too have also received 1 pence refund after receiving shoes that cost 49.99 and did not fit. Again due the sizing being wrong their end. Do not order from this company!!
I bought a couple of tops recently and the fabric feels surprisingly soft and well made on the body. Dropped an email to customer support about sizing and the girls were ever so helpful and sweet. Dispatch was speedy and the package came properly taped up so everything inside was totally intact.

Purchased a dress for £55. Size was wrong (there end not mine) material flimsy
They refunded 1 pence and will no longer reply to emails

you're right, and we're not going to dress this up: a 1 pence refund instead of your £55, followed by silence, is unacceptable. We're sorry.

Picked up a pair of shoes and they are genuinely so comfortable to walk in without rubbing at all. The team sorted my delivery query in minutes and the box arrived in pristine condition with no dents.
