All these positive reviews have to be bots. I gave 2 stars because they were courteous and professional. But they're also liars. I'm looking to consolidate some loans and credit cards, and the mailer they sent looked legit and reviews here seemed "legit". So I gave them a call. They come back with these HORRIBLE loans from random lenders at almost 40% interest. They're just a middle man for these trash lenders praying on people who aren't smart enough to know better. Then the guy says "well it's high because it was flagged risky due to all these loans" first off, I have not had ONE LOAN IN DEFAULT, not even a day past due and I have al lot of loans. I was simply looking to consolidate and lower payments, The absolute gall to try and act like I'm some credit risk was insulting. I was courteous and thanked him for his time, but I wanted to be more colorful. Trash company.

I needed help with some of my credit card bills & they help fi d a answer.

I'm extremely happy with my experience using this company. The two people that I have dealt with the most are Olivia and Jacob. They are just as invested in my financial troubles as I am, and they make sure to give me all the information that they can and answer any questions that I have and I have even received call backs from both of them to give me additional information regarding my account that was not available at the time of our call. I have already recommended this service to friends and my family.

Im extremely happy and satisfied with Chartet Funding. And my worker was etremely nice and explained everything.

I was just trying to see if I could get approved for a debt consolidation loan but was denied because of me being a high credit risk which I understand. The extreme negative is that their representative Theodore Batrakat if that is his real name after I thanked him and told him i wasn't interested in their other offer he kept on calling after telling him i was not interested. i used to sell cars and the way he treated me was like i was buying a car. Please take my name of your list and do not call me again

I would have to say the customer service.

The company is doing what they are asked of. And if they dont know everything they try thete best to get the answer for you.

They help me out when I needed it the most. Very kind and helpful people.
