No means no..
My Father called this company about a possible loan and later decided it was best not to take on a loan at the moment. The lady June Khaleel who he was dealing with was very nice, informative and very knowledgeable and we appreciate that. However, as my title says no means no. She became pushy and called repeatedly. My father was still nice and told her as of yesterday that if he changed his mind he would call Charter back but he was not interested anymore. She called again today and straight up lied and said my father scheduled an appointment with her today when he didn't, little did she know I was sitting right there when he told her he was no longer interested. I have blocked her number and ask that you stop calling before it turns into harassment. If he decided to get a loan, it won't be with Charter Funding anymore.

I’ve only had a few experiences with each of them,,9 which is good! I will say that when ilI needed them they were there and they had answers. Such a good experience so far.

this company was wonderful in helping…set everything up and establishing a payment plan
this company was wonderful in helping us set up the plan to get the credit cards paid down. Thomas was our CSR and he was outstanding helping us set everything up.
