Chase Evans bought over the previous agency that was managing my apartment and the difference this has made to me has been remarkable. They're very efficient and have great systems, and I spend considerably less time (or perhaps even none) to have to chase people for things like repairs or paperwork. I recently renewed my lease and Abhijit Gooptu from the Renewals Department did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and prompt. Would recommend the agency and its people.

Abhijit from renewals department reached out pro-actively before my lease ended and helped in finalising a new one within a day.

It took nearly six months to get my deposit returned, despite following the correct check out proccess and only after going through TDS. I also dealt with a repairs issue for most of my tenancy, which was only resolved shortly before I moved out.

Will be cautious about properties managed by Chase Evans going forward.
