I really appreciate Justin Hui's quick response and all the efforts he'd been made for my case to renew the rental contract!

Kin is our renewals coordinator and we have a good experience with him.

I would like to praise Abhijit who is working in Renewals Department. I am the landlord and have a London property which is managed by Chase Evans. As the existing tenancy agreement will be about to expire. Firstly, she explained and summaries the main points of the new Rental Act to me clearly. Secondly, she could strive for a higher rent for me finally. She is very professional and grasp market trends. I am grateful she managed to lock in a higher monthly rent for my lease.

We recently bought an apartment through Chase Evans and had a fantastic experience working with Matthew Moloney. He was professional, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way and helping everything progress smoothly.

Justin got in touch with us regarding our rent renewal and the changes happening as a result of the new Renters Right Act. His explanation was clear and helpful, and despite needing a reply from us confirming that we were happy to remain, he was very patient when I inevitably forgot to reply for nearly 2 weeks.

Avoid this company like the plague. Would have given zero stars if I could. Had a decent enough experience with them as tenants however the checkout process and everything afterwards has been nothing short of a nightmare.

There was zero communication from their side on how the checkout process will work. Nobody bothered to contact us and guide us through their process. When I contacted them on the last day, they tried to force me to come to their office in London to return the keys (mind you the property was in Luton) with their reason being 'its a very long journey for us to make'!!

I had asked them multiple times to keep an incoming post ,which I couldn't redirect as it was in transit, safe with them at the time of inspection. I was assured multiple times by Umar Sheikh (who will blatantly lie to your face) that this will be done and not to worry about this. To my surprise, the post was collected AND THEN RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL SENDER without my knowledge. No reason was given as to why they felt the need to do so and it cost me more money personally afterwards to get that document back.

Last but definitely not the least, the deposit return process was nothing short of ridiculous. We vacated the flat on 31 March, deposit amounts were agreed to return two weeks later and the amount finally reached my bank account on 23 May!!! Again for no apparent reason. They will keep diverting the blame to either the landlord or anything else under the sun but will not accept that maybe their processes and procedures need a serious re-think. No updates were provided as usual during this whole process and I was always the one following up with them.

Avoid doing business with them for your own peace of mind!
