Overall, it's good for ads, but it doesn't feel natural for human-like interactions.

I paid 280$ for a yearly subscription and they scammed me , I wanted to use the bot after 6 months and they told me I cant horrible experience, they are scammers

No estan preparados para empresas grandes, hacen perder mucho dinero con sus envíos masivos de plantillas "que nunca es error de ellos" la IA no funciona bien, es lento, estas intentado enviar plantillas y se queda cargando hasta 5 veces en todo el rato, es estresante, definitivamente si eres un equipo grande ¡esta no es tu opción!

Have been having a trouble and couldn't event get into my chatfuel dashboard for 3 days at least where I have multiple Pro bots, and have been using it for several years. This kind of problem is repeating at least multiple times since July 2024 I suppose. And then when I contact the customer service to make it fixed they treated me with zero care and told me that I might be delusional several times and the problem that I experience is because of my internet connection where it wasn't. When I try to explain my problems usually answer with "It's not our problem you might be delusional" and did so little to help resolve it.

Chatfuel customer service was a nightmare! Do not want to continue using their services. Planning to move all my bots to other providers.

Work on your customer services, treat loyal customers with care!!!

Chatfuel suddenly went down without any notice! Clients have purchased premium subscriptions and there is no way to log in and cancel. Site is no longer available. There is zero support channels on both Chatfuel lite and Chatfuel main site. Shocking!

Chatfuel helped us solve a lot of problems in the sales department in our online school.
Firstly, we now use official WhatsApp and take advantage of all the features of WABA. Colleagues helped us get official confirmation from Facebook about our company so that we send more than 1000 unique messages per day. We used to be blocked, but now we are not.

Secondly, we have automated many processes in the sales department through chat bots, and in the future we plan to connect ChatGPT to improve communication with our customers.

Chatfuel are excellent professionals in sales automation

Our project is a marketplace of services. We work with customers and performers. Through chatfuel we were able to set up automation of sending WhatsApp messages to customers, set up routing of responses from performers to customers. Very cool product!

Really slices up the work in half, so it's totally worth it. You can set up multiple scenarios so it's very useful in different product campaigns. Bot sometimes makes mistakes but you can fix him quickly by giving some new instructions. All in all very helpful.

Lau, Edgar and Veronika are great at helping if you get stuck - and are really fast as well. Best Help service I've come across in a while!

Un bon outil pour créer un chariot avec Messenger.
Je ne mets que 3 étoiles parce que le support n'est pas très réactif pour répondre et aider en cas de besoin. Les réponses du support se font attendre, je suis en contact avec une personne qui visiblement ne maîtrise pas trop le côté technique.
Bref un bon outil il ne faut pas avoir de problème technique.
