I found my experience with Chattertons very helpful. My advisor Michael Reeson has been very thorough, explains everything with clarity and he listens to my requirements for my pension plan. He has guided my investments and in a very short time it has grown considerably. I would definitely recommend Michael and Chattertons not just for pension advice but all financial guidance.

I was amazed by the way they guided me through the process and helped me chose what I wanted. Michael Reeson who was my advisor listened to me and gave great advice that was simple and easy to understand for someone who is new to investing.
I have only been with Chatterton and Michael for a short while but I have come to build good relationship with them, I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an financial help or investment opportunities.

I was looking for very focused advice....what I got was very similar to what I had already found with ease on the internet. The cost was ridiculous given the level of information I received. I compared the cost to a visit to the dentist and a Medic...both requiring technical skills as well as subject knowledge.....and concluded that my hour at Chattertons at £600 was not good value for money.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the service. The person we dealt with always seemed to be very busy, saying she had a great deal of work on. The company seems to be fixated on making sure they get paid.

Excellent professional and friendly. Solicitor (Catherine) did wonderful work with my late relative's estate. Neil and Freya greatly helped my financial planning and management with tailored investments.

Appointment well prpared for, solicitor experienced in area of work. Good advice.
Follow up work done with speed, I had no need to call to discover progress.

Sophie worked on the conveyancing of my late mother's house. The first potential buyers pulled out but the second buyers moved very quickly. Throughout the process Sophie was responsive and quick to reply. I live outside the UK now but this was never a problem with Sophie organising digital options for signing important documents. Great service and very reliable.

Very helpful despite my employer not being so

I was going through a voluntary redundancy programme at work. I contacted Chattertons to get support with my settlement agreement. From the outset they were first class. First of all Emily Hampson was a great help getting everything moving quickly and setting up a call with Ruqaya. Ruqaya went through the settlement agreement in a lot of detail. She explained it "In layman's terms" which meant I understood fully what I was signing up for. The turnaround was very quick and they always communicated to me promptly and efficiently. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks
