Super service for airport transfers in Munich and Dubaï
I’ve used Chauffeurs & Services in Munich and in Dubaï for both airport transfers, the chauffeurs were kind, the car modern and clean and everything was smooth
Really recommend this company and would definitely use it again

Could not have gone smoother
Could not have gone smoother. We provided the port and name if our ship. Pedro was there right at 9am. He loaded all of our luggage and quickly got us to the airport. Very easy to do business with.

Worst company to work with! they want to work for cheap and do not pay their employees and chauffeurs.
Mr. Champroux is a difficult person to work with.
Stay away from this fraudulant company.

Overcharged us for a ride, later charged the card again. Never returned the money. Blocked our emails and messages. They are a scam.

This is a scam company! Beware!!
Over the course of our collaboration, my team and I provided dedicated support to help Mr. Champroux build and manage his backend office operations and affiliate network across Europe. Despite our commitment and diligence, we encountered numerous challenges and problems.
Key Issues Experienced:
Chronic late payments: Invoices were rarely paid on time, and nearly every payment was delayed or reduced without justification. At the time of writing, Mr. Champroux still owes us over USD 2,000. He has not responded to our emails and blocked all communication channels since March 18, 2025, breaching the signed contract.
Unethical billing practices: We observed repeated incidents of overcharging customers after rides had been completed, as well as delayed or denied payments to affiliate partners and drivers.
Communication breakdown: Multiple clients, drivers, and affiliates who raised concerns about billing or payments were blocked from communication instead of being assisted or addressed by Mr. Champroux.
Toxic management style: Mr. Champroux frequently micromanaged, used inappropriate language, and unfairly blamed his team for mistakes, even when the issues stemmed from his own decisions. False accusations were made by Mr. Champroux upon confrontation. This behavior was observed with a lot of drivers and partners.
Low service quality: In an effort to maximize profit, he often engaged the lowest-cost affiliates to fulfill rides, which led to a decline in service quality and frequent client complaints.
These practices have contributed to extremely high turnover within his organization. To our knowledge, no dispatcher, driver, or affiliate has remained with him long-term due to similar treatment. Please go to their Google profile and look at the reviews by yourself.
For Customers:
If you are a customer, I highly recommend booking directly with reputable local transportation companies. Many of them offer better pricing and direct accountability, unlike middlemen operations that subcontract all services.
For Affiliates and Partners:
If you have already had issues with this company, I encourage you to share your experience by leaving a review on platforms like Google or tripadvisor. This transparency helps protect others in the industry. And if you have not yet experienced issues, please proceed with caution, as many have been affected over time.

I am writing to firmly reject the false and defamatory allegations made by Mr. Adnan Manzour regarding my professional conduct and the operations of my company, Chauffeurs & Services. The decision to terminate our collaboration was not taken lightly and was the direct result of numerous documented failures by his team.
From the outset, Mr. Manzour’s team displayed a lack of operational competence. Repeated dispatching errors disrupted our services and negatively impacted client satisfaction. Additionally, his team subcontracted rides to unverified and unprofessional providers without prior approval, jeopardizing service quality and violating our internal standards. On multiple occasions, my own team had to intervene to resolve their mistakes—often at our own expense.
Furthermore, his company failed to meet its contractual obligations. Essential tracking data and service logs were either missing or unreliable, making it impossible to validate the hours claimed. There were also multiple attempts to issue invoices for unverified services, which we rightfully challenged and adjusted. These breaches of contract made any further collaboration untenable.
What is most serious, however, is that Mr. Manzour unlawfully extracted confidential client data from our internal systems. This represents a clear violation of both our signed confidentiality agreement and international data protection laws, including the GDPR. This breach has been formally reported to our legal counsel, and legal proceedings may follow.
Given the false accusations now being circulated publicly, I must clarify that Chauffeurs & Services operates with professionalism, transparency, and respect for every client and partner. I reserve the right to pursue all legal remedies available against Mr. Manzour for defamation, breach of contract, and violation of data privacy regulations.
To all clients, affiliates, and partners: our company remains committed to the highest standards of service and accountability. We will continue to act with integrity and will not allow unfounded attacks to go unanswered.

Rember and avoid this company as a partner they dont pay to the drivers and send penaltys to the drivers , make lies to dont pay , i provide a service for this company and i dont get pay, i provide a mercedes benz class brand new Like they ask ( Mercedes benz e class or similar ) and they dont pay me , and send me a invoice 2000chf to pay them because they say i provide a wrong car imagine that .

Sir, in order to clarify your opinion, you provided a service with a vehicle that was not compliant The car was note register in our system and was under our requirement. Furthermore, after the service, you took the liberty of contacting our customer, clearly indicating your company's information. As indicated in our partnership contract which you have accepted, it is clearly stated that a penalty will be applied in the event of such behavior. What's more, as a result of your deplorable service we have lost the contract with the customer! Who is the scammer in this story, you or us?

Our whole experience with Schauffer-services was perfect. The communication was flawless and the booking system is very user friendly and made the whole process easy. Mr. Champroux and his team are great and helpful in every situation. All the drivers were professional and always on time. I highly recommend!
