Three great experiences
Have used three times on this trip. Excellent service, friendly chauffeurs that made us feel special. Was so easy and less stressful than worrying about a Uber or taxi being available. Highly recommend!

Bad experience: no security on their financial transactions
I was charged an extra 108 Euro without prior notification based on a false bill from the driver and on my return, the driver sent me a message that he will not pick me up unless I pay home 100 Euro. The retrun false chargers were stoped by the company.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we would like to clarify a few points.
The €108 charged corresponds to a detour requested by you to two additional addresses, in accordance with the pricing conditions specified at the time of your booking.
However, we acknowledge that the driver’s direct request for €100 was entirely inappropriate and against our company’s rules. As soon as we were informed, we immediately suspended the driver and launched an internal investigation to ensure this does not happen again.
We sincerely apologize for this incident and for the inconvenience caused. Customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please feel free to contact us directly if you would like to discuss this matter further.

Driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Shared information about the sites or places we drove past. Humorous and entertaining. Went beyond just being a chauffer to us and made sure we were well taken care of.

Excellent Service
Our chauffeur, Mr. Fabien Champroux, was excellent!!! He made sure that we were comfortable and made stops when needed. He also helped us with luggage and made sure we were taken care of at the hotel before departing. We’ll definitely be using this company again!

We flew into CDG from the United States…
We flew into CDG from the United States and then took a train from CDG to Lyon.
We had a long day. It was nice to have someone pick us up in a very comfortable vehicle and bring us to our destination.

Amazing service and driver
The car was very comfortable, the timing was exact but what made our day even better was the driver, Ulrich. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. He assisted with advice, information and made little detours of interest but kept perfectly to the itinerary and timing. An amazing gentleman that helped make our day perfect.
