Misleading Listings and No Real Address!

Submitted an inquiry through a third-party site, but the response redirected me to a different website with conflicting prices and vague details. No direct answers, just a generic link that didn’t match the original listing.

Communication felt evasive, and to make matters worse, the company only lists a PO Box, No Real Physical Address. That’s a Red Flag when dealing with property sales.

Buyers should be cautious. Listings and pricing vary across platforms, and transparency is lacking.

UPDATE
After I posted the above review reflecting my concerns, I received a *threatening email* demanding I remove it within 48 hours or face a lawsuit. The email had no name, no signature, and came from a generic company address, not from a lawyer or authorized representative. This raises even more Red Flags for me as a consumer.

Cheap lands are an excellent choice if you want to get into real estate investing. Cheap lands are very knowledgeable when it comes to the whole process, and are easy to contact with any concerns you may have regarding the purchase of your soon to be property. I would recommend them to anyone and give them 10 stars if I could.

+ SUMMARY +

Prior to finally purchasing land from cheaplands.com, I have been looking at a piece of property on the website for over two years, and do to personal reasons, was unable to purchase it until this November.

+ BACKSTORY +

I initially found a piece of property on cheaplands.com sometime in 2021, and promptly reached out to inquire about it.

My inquiry was immediately replied to by Jeremy, with a through reply and detailed information regarding the location, information, etc.

We exchanged numerous e-mails back and forth, mostly due to my first time purchasing land. Jeremy was not at all hesitant to answer all of my concerns, and promptly replied to address any issues I had.

During the entire exchange, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease each time I spoke with him.

Unfortunately, after the initial exchange, I had many personal issues arise, and sent an e-mail to inform that I wasn't able to purchase at this time.

I was devastated, since the property I found was not only within financial reach for me, but more the fact it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was THE ONE.

This was all around late 2022

Despite this, I remained in contact with Jeremy and his team, providing updates to the possibility of me being able to purchase the property, and he still replied to each e-mail I sent him.

+ FOLLOW UP PURCHASE +

Around this September, I was finally in a better situation, and decided to e-mail Jeremy to see if he remembered me, and ask again if we can start the purchase process. Due to him dealing with numerous clients, I was highly expecting him to not remember who I was, but to my complete surprise, HE ACTUALLY DID!

Once I established to him I was ready to purchase the property, he started the process, which was completely effortless, and he delivered on EVERYTHING he mentioned to me.

It was as simple as signing a couple of forms, making the payment, and DONE! I actually received the land title within one week!

He sent a follow up e-mail congratulating me on my purchase, and I thanked him immensely for everything he did for me.

Everything about his company is what many businesses are missing in our current time:
Honest, reliable, dependable, and communicative.

This is NOT a "generated review," nor is it overinflated, misinforming, or fabricated.

As a person of integrity, my perspective is documented here in my experiences of working with cheaplands.com from start to finish, and I hope this review will set anyone at ease that is deciding whether or not to use their services.

Please DO NOT listed to the negative feedback online in forms. These people are severely misinformed and are only spreading lies and misinformation in favor of their misguided opinion.

Don't take my word for it, send an inquiry and judge from your own experience.

The land may be cheap, but the professionalism and down to earth nature of this company are truly priceless!
