Appalling do not buy. A total scam. Only one text per day at a completely random time when there are no available appointments. The texts do not correlate with the official fast track passport Twitter account where you actually get real live updates and information. It’s a shame because people buying this must be desperate like myself. You’re better off just constantly pressing refresh on the website for hours. That’s what worked for me. I also suspect the previous reviews were fake as they are all published on the same day. beware !

This service was perfect. I was struggling refreshing the appointments page and waiting to see if any would come up. The alerts saved me so much time and I got an appointment within a day.

The actual appointment was excellent everything went as planned. The system obviously needs a skake up as 10 week waiting list is ludicrious.

We paid the fee as an urgent passport renewal was required. Premium appointment was made, and the passport was collected within days. Thank you so much for an excellent service. We have started to let others know about you. Highly recommended.

My dog chewed up my passport so had to fly to Glasgow passport office to try to get another one. I was travelling a week later so needed to get it within 6 days so although it was a guaranteed 8 day turnaround decided to chance it. I flew there on a Wednesday and got the passport back on the Saturday and was able to go away. They have a really good efficient system there and it only took 30 minutes to process the application. Great service all round
