Absolute five star if I didn’t use this service, I would’ve bought a car that was in an accident sold in a salvage fortune it was a nightmare but thanks to this company. I didn’t go there.

Extorntiate handling fee and no data received.

Site stated 5.79 for service history check with refund ( minus handling charge) if no data retrieved. I paid and check found no data and I was refunded 29p. £5.50 handling fee is extortionate. It was not clearly stated that handling fee would be so much. It was stated deep within the endless T&C's that handling fee would be £4-£6 but it was not " clearly stated" as the law dictates. The AA has just been fined £4million pounds for an infringement that was far less severe.

The handling fee varies depending on what individual manufacturers and data providers charge us to query their databases, which does mean costs can differ between checks.
