Update: 5/25/22
I had previously gave Cheerlending a 5 Star, but I am still receiving phone calls about missing documents which we already provided. Our loan payment already due on June 01 and they are still asking for documents. Very unprofessional.

I had the pleasure working with Patrick, he was very good about getting back with me and making sure I understood everything that was going on. He was right on top of everything. He was very kind and understanding when I didn't quite get what was happening. I wish everyone was as great as Patrick.

Dallin and Sabrina made our refi process very simple. Dallin got the process started and Sabrina helped us with all the paperwork. Sabrina stayed in contact throughout the process and was always available to answer questions. I highly recommend CheerLending to anyone looking to refinance.

I was looking into refinancing and taking some cash out. I remember seeing an advertisement for Cheerlending on TV some time ago and decided to reach out to them. I first spoke with Adam who took my initial information and then later with Judge who worked to find us the best deal for our needs. Later we worked with Harrison (Brittany) who worked out all the details with the mortgage company. She did all the heavy lifting, leaving relatively little for us to do once we got past providing income documents etc.
Our new mortgage was in place within a month and we were kept abreast of all the progress throughout.
